Great hotel

The hotel was recently remodeled the rooms are nice I love the fact they have spacious rooms for families I read the reviews on front desk staff & there was a woman there that was rude but the man at night was the sweetest this will be my go to hotel for Lubbock trips from now on

This location was advertised as offering a fitness center and sauna. Upon arrival, I found that neither amenity was available at the property. As a fitness instructor, the availability of a fitness center is essential to my work and well-being while traveling. The listing’s false representation of these amenities materially influenced my booking decision. This falls under the definition of false or misleading advertising, which violates both consumer protection standards and the expectation of truthful marketing under Choice Hotels’ brand policies. The lack of promised amenities, however, was due to no fault of the staff, who were all very kind and apologetic.

The room was amazing beds where super comfortable and pillows. I liked how it was cleaned daily and well kepted. The only thing i didnt like was, breakfast starting at 6:30am.

The property was decent. The rooms nice, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, fruit, cereal, and much more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The area was safe and convenient. Shopping was within a 5 -10 minute drive or less as well as family fun activities and restaurants.

After having a nightmare check-in at another hotel, they were able to get me a room at 1am quickly. The room was nice and cold. The bed/bedding are very comfy. Good water pressure in the shower, the front desk was also friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the towel situation, I was not able to get 2 extra towels for our room without giving 2 used towels back in return. Very strange never encountered that before. Other than that no major issues.
