Disliked: Communication
The property had spiders in the bed and cockroaches in the living room and kitchen. For two out of the three days of our stay, the AC in one bedroom was not working. It was fixed on the third day after several calls, but the housekeeping manager did not apologize and mentioned that, being in the countryside, there aren’t many handymen available. Additionally, we were unable to use the hotel facilities since this is a privately owned villa, so the kids couldn’t access the swimming pool or kids club. I would not recommend booking a private villa; it’s better to stay at the hotel.
