The first room I was given "the maids forgot to clean." The second room was better except for the stains on the carpet. Also, the soap dish had not been cleaned and had a pubic hair in it. The trash in the bathroom was full from previous guests. The staff was nice though.

Shout out to Leslie who cheerily checked us in and gave us tips on restaurants and rush hour traffic. Just a quick one night stay here. Hotel common areas appeared to be recently updated and room was clean and in good shape. Third floor and backing up to woods, our room was quiet. Breakfast included premade cheese Omelettes and otherwise was what you’d expect. Staff made fresh, hot decaf coffee for us. Would stay here again.

A nice property that seems well-taken care of. Not in the center of things by any means, but there's a shopping plaza across the road with a Mexican restaurant, and a few other hotels. Just off the expressway as well. We had grandkids with us & it was hard keeping them quiet in the room - ceilings were kind of high and it seemed like there was an echo. They had a pack-n-play all set up for us when we arrived, which was nice, and the breakfast offerings were varied and tasty.

The property, and room were clean, but there was a beer bottle cap under the table. Check in staff was friendly, and helpful. I was frustrated with the side end doors to the building the key card for entry would not always work and I was told that at check in. This is frustrating because I travel with a service pet and we prefer the stairs so 1, exercise and 2 we don't like waiting for the elevator & 3 some guest are afraid of dogs. My closet door in the room would NOT open, the remote to the TV was extremely difficult to use/understand & the front desk staff didn't know how to use it and was unable to help because she was the only one at the front desk. That is unsafe for a female to be the only one at the front desk. However, overall my stay was great and I would book a room here again, as well as recommend this location
