"The staff in every department was outstanding. Each person went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and provided a great selection each morning. We ate most of our meals there. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was handicap accessibility. Certain areas were difficult to navigate. They did provide me a stool for in the shower without be asked upon my arrival. Bravo to the bellman. "

"This hotel is very outdated. Old rooms, old smell, old bathtubs etc. The bedsheets were not very clean, I found few long hairs in my sheets upon checking in.. Location is the only great thing about it. Would not stay here again."

"This hotel was great! From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, we truly felt at home! Don Jesus provided us with great information regarding tours we could reserve and helped us reserve transportation on several occasions when ubers weren't ideal. He connected us with Porfirio who manages the tours the hotel has to offer as well as manages guest transportation (both at a cost), if need be. Erick, another employee, was also wonderful! They all make an amazing team. We were truly impressed by all this hotel has to offer and hope to return soon! Also the location being so close to El Angel is a HUGE plus! Amenities: pool, starbucks in lobby, air conditioning, elevators (not all hotels in cdmx have ac and elevators), breakfast (at a cost), etc. The only complaint is that there are a lot of bars nearby that play loud music until very late. This made some nights hard to sleep. This is no fault to the hotel, just a side note - especially for those traveling with little ones."
