"First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. "This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The city view was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made everything easy throughout my stay. The property was spotless, with lots of great dining options nearby, and the staff was friendly and respectful. Overall, it was such a cozy and relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to the city!"

"Really cool place"

"The property was horrible to my service animal pet although it's listed as pet friendly. The girls at the front were literally harassing me through whatsapp until evening and had no clue what they were talking about - they literally broke like a thousand laws. I didn't press charges because I realized just not too bright. The pet friendly thing is a sham. Don't stay here if you have a dog. And the hosts are dumb as rocks - communicate with them as little as possible because none of their information is ever accurate - especially stated charges!!! I'd advise not to leave your CC on file with them and pay cash. What I loved was the networking and community of guest - I made amazing friends there! The PF hotel is just down the block, it's well priced and the staff is great. Stay there instead!"
