"Room was dirty never cleaned had to switch rooms no king beds available as he had booked overall bad experience will never book here again! "

"Pool area: chlorine smell was so strong in pool area, eyes were burning and running. Had to ask for door be held open just to sit in that area. Towels: after getting out of pool and asking for clean towels for the room, it took them 4 hours. That’s right 4 hours and then it’s because I walked up to the desk in disgust that towels showed up, me were told several times that they were washing. "
