Beautiful property and great location! Service was amazing Jack from the front desk went above and beyond and really made our stay feel welcomed and at home! Will definitely be coming back!
Fantastic service. Hosted a small party here and the front desk was very helpful with accommodating me. I parked in their garage thinking that parking was included. Through a conversation with the front desk, it sounded like parking was included with the room, but I guess it wasn't. I won't take away from my review because it was my own fault for not reading the details about the room a little more carefully, but a warning to everyone else, parking is NOT included!
Other than that, a great hotel to stay in with very spacious rooms and fantastic service!
Our room was very spacious and beautifully designed.Staff was very polite and helpful all the time.I have just two critic for them, first one is wifi , it was very slow and hard to connect, second is the doormat which is at the entrance of the hotels main door, it has a bad odor needs to be change, not a good welcome smell when you enter the hotel.Other than this little but important things, it was a very good stay and we are planning to visit other branches also.

Spacious, comfortable and trendy
Big, well-equipped rooms with a very comfy bed. Chic look with a nice lobby, bar and restaurant, serving excellent a la carte breakfast. Next to CVS and 7/11 for late-evening snacks etc. Very helpful staff.
Huoneistossa kaikki tarpeellinen, löytyy myös pyykkikone. Valet -parkki kohtuuhintainen ja palvelu nopeaa. Kätevä automatka useisiin turistikoneisiin. Kävelyetäisyydellä paljon ruokapaikkoja. Suosittelen!
Even though The hotel had a very large event going on they were very accommodating and helpful .
The room was fantastic and very comfortable and clean .
Without a doubt I would stay here again .
I’m traveleing to LA more frequently and find the Palihouse the ideal place to stay for a number of reasons. First, it’s a good central location for those with entertainment meetings, as it’s close to the agencies, studios, and lots of production offices. If you’re in and out all day, as I often am, the valet always has your car ready within a minute or two, as he’s not fighting the influx of a hundred guests checking in at the same time. Again, because it’s small, the service is personal and very quick. As for the rooms I’ve stayed in, I appreciate the aesthetic, as it feels like an apartment and not a generic luxury hotel room. Plus, having a fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, etc. allows me to stock what I like and not spend a fortune on room service. The bar restaurant scene downstairs is interesting and overall vibe is so very LA. If you’re looking for more of a spa experience, this isn’t your best choice, although you’d likely be charmed by the other features. And while this is sort of ridiculous, the people I meet with inevitably ask where I’m staying and saying “The Palihouse” is always met with a positive response.
I don’t understand why hotels have STEPS when you come in the door. It’s terribly inconvenient. Also, no instructions on how to call front desk or get room service. ALSO, it was noisy. The private party on Saturday and brunch crowd at the restaurant on Saturday.?It’s a bit too much for me.
Great rooms, spacious and well equipped with nice design.
BUT
Relaxed service:
Had to chase to get rooms cleaned as on two days even though we were out all day without DND on the door they weren't cleaned.
They play Beach House music from 8am everyday in the open air restaurant directly below all the rooms, thumping bass on a Sunday morning is not cool.
One of the bartenders pretty miserable whenever you go in the pretty dull bar area.
Restaurant food good, everyone nice enough - but you shouldnt have to chase cleaning your room each day. In the end both myself and my colleague thought it was style of substance.
For the price, wouldn't go back.
This is my second stay at the Palihouse West Hollywood and it continues to exceed expectations in every way. In particular, the staff were awesome, wonderful valet greeting...luggage delivered to room by Taurus with a smile, and check in with Alex and Paul was very warm. The room is stylish and comfortable, public spaces are hip and inviting, and the location cannot be beat. This hotel is, hands down, one of the best values for accommodations anywhere I have stayed. We will definitely return when in Los Angeles to this gem of a hotel.
We usually stay at nice hotels, and my husband hates it; he thinks I am trying to impress him, or he thinks we can’t afford it. But really, we never stay in places above $200 a night, that’s the maximum we ever pay when we travel. Last time we were in West Hollywood we stayed at a beautiful Art Deco hotel up the street on sunset. What was upsetting was that they were too proper and didn’t let me go to the bar in shorts or wearing a hat.. anyways, but that’s another review. I think I don’t think we had any major issues at the Pali, well except the small toilet, and the bathroom didn’t have one of those mirrors with magnifying glass on it, is it useful for shaving. We loved the Eero Saarinen table, and spacious room. The bar at the lobby; well it was so lifeless compared to the outside world. It may it been it was too open, not cozy enough to be an actual bar. Overall, it was an alright experience I guess, the staff was always prompt to help. But when we come back we will stay a different place, maybe the Art Deco hotel.
