Nice property and excellent service

The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a help for my poor Spanish skills! The hotel was clean and comfortable and our room had a nice view of the garden. The air conditioner was excellent! Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast had a good variety.

Wonderful Stay!

Restaurant and breakfast buffet are delicious! Rooms were perfect size and very clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy drive to Portillo to ski!

The shower had VERY low water pressure and at full hot it was just barely warm. Housekeeping did not clean our room after the first night and the front desk insisted it was our fault even though we left the “clean room” sign on the door. When we returned, someone had turned the sign around. The front desk said I needed a picture of the sign as we left it, so they refused to clean the room. The pool water was dirty and algae was on the bottom and sides. There’s pre but I think this is enough to give you an idea of the hotel.

Tiene que mejorar.

Desayuno muy decepcionante. Breakfast is very deceiving. Mesa de trabajo en la habitación muy pequeña. Work desk is too small (in the room). Lobby and restaurant have broken lights and spider webs in the roof. Recepción y restaurante tienen lamparas quemadas y tela de arañas en el techo.

Pésimo hotel

El hotel no tiene muchas comodidades, la recepcionista fue poco amable y nos cobraron aparte el desayuno, que por cierto es bastante precario. Durante la noche pasó el tren por el costado, lo que nos mantuvo despiertos, ya que la aislacion acústica era terrible. Al ser un hotel minero, mucho ruido y tránsito desde la madrugada, sin contar con los camiones del terreno vecino. No vale lo que cobran, es una mala opción.

Muy agradable estadía, el personal muy acogedor. Si hubiese que criticar algo, la música de los dos primeros días en el reataurante y living room (tecno y country). Todo muy limpio y el baño se veía como si fuera nuevo.

Nice hotel

It is a new hotel, with a friendly staff on a good location. We walked to the plaza de armas where found a nice restaurant. Rooms were good but a bit noisy as early in the morning you could hear people leaving their rooms. Breakfast was a bit simple with a lack of fresh fruit. we enjoyed the pool.
