Attentive staff & Great location!

We went to Los Andes for the weekend and stayed at Hotel Genova for 3x nights Fr-Mo. We booked a room with double bed with bathroom, it was quite cozy but spacious enough just for the weekend. Our room was conveniently located at the back of the hotel, right next to backyard door that led to a cute little outdoor area with seating area and pool. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful (the included continental breakfast was simple but still perfect to start the day without having to look for a breakfast place. The kitchen is not really available, there’s just a fridge (that isn’t located inside the kitchen), but the lovely house lady let me use the kettle. The only bummer was that the price in hotels.com didn’t match the actual price in Chilean pesos. When the total price on hotels.com showed $180, the actually price was $213. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay very much in this great location!

A lovely building in a nice street run by the kind Andries, nice pool. Would be a good idea to have a keycode entry as we were locked outside waiting to get in and the doorbell woke us up when sleeping.

Günstig und Klein aber teils sehr laut

Kleines älteres Hotel - für eine Nacht ok. Ein riesen Nachteil - man hat keinen Schlässel für Haupteingang und jeder muss klingeln das Rezeption kommt und aufmacht. Mein Zimmer (Nr.1) lag direkt neben Eingang und die ganze Nacht geklingel bis der letzte Gast wieder da (3Uhr dann Ruhe) - ab 6 die ersten abgereist... Nachtruhe ist anders. Daher unbedingt Zimmer abseits Eingang verlangen. Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit

Incumplimiento de reserva

El hotel no reservo nuestra habitación, a pesar de estar permanentemente en contacto, avisando la demora. Cabe destacar que el viaje tuvo una demora de cinco horas, originada en la aduana chilena. A pesar de haber avisado con anterioridad, y reiterado telefonicamente dos veces, que llegabamos a las 23 horas, desde las 22 recibimos mensajes y llamada de quien dijo ser el dueño. Finalmente no cumplió su compromiso. Esto fue un grave problema para nosotros, que habíamos confiado en la seriedad de la plataforma Hotels.com

Practico, bien ubicado, buena atención y limpieza

Principalmente la ubicación excelente, a pasos de espacio urbano y como íbamos a hacer compras las hicimos sin sacar el auto. La habitación miñuy chiquita, las instalaciones bastante humildes y basicas pero por la ubicación, el precio y la atención de la gente del hotel vale la pena. Desayuno incluido, sandwich de jamón o yogurt con cereales. En pocas palabras es un lugar para ir a dormir bañarse y no mucho más. Tiene una pileta bastante linda que no llegué a usar y el estacionamiento muy seguro dentro del mismo hotel.
