The grassy area for our dog was fantastic! Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Only issue was elevator was out of order and only rooms available were 2nd and 3rd floor but staff was very kind and helped us with our bags.

When I showed the desk agent, he was less than understanding. Then staff hung up on Expedia agent. Not ideal customer service to start a stay. Will not return.
