My stay at this hotel is always top notch! The cafe staff is so incredibly nice. The front desk staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and organized. Highly recommend!!

Shower needs work

The Hotel is convenintly located. Very Clean and well appointed. But the shower head in the bathroom is the worst I have seen since I was in Moscow. Really not good

The building is new for the area, modern design, though sound -proofing needs help. Disappointed there is no breakfast included as they are the highest priced lodging in Longview. But Jucey's down the street has great breakfast food, not over-priced.

I was really disappointed the pool was closed and they did not offer this information upon checking in. The room was spacious, but the beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you toss during the night. Coffee is NOT free.
