"We loved our stay at Lyndhurst. The cottage is really well kitted out and was such a comfortable home away from home with just about everything you could need.The location is great with being in such a good spot to explore Northumberland. It's on a fairly busy road but it didn't bother us too much. "A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. "
