Great gem of a property. We visited in the winter and found it warm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the space with our young kids. Good location away from the noise of 395, but walking distance to town and all the Lone Pine restaurants.
Very cozy Property perfect for two people very clean very user-friendly. Had a barbecue with just the perfect barbecue space loved it will certainly return.
We were familiar with Lone Pine and really like the main street vibe and the restaurants and shops, along with the snow covered mountains nearby. This home was very walkable to the main street and it was super clean and had the amenities we were looking for. Especially liked the comfortable bed, washer and dryer inside, and faux fireplace that provided a nice atmosphere in the living room. Had off street parking and easy entry to home and good communication with our host via the vrbo app. Would rent again!
Lone Pine is one of our favorite getaways and the cottage is a great place to stay. Quiet nice local neighborhood close to town and the perfect amenities for a very comfortable stay.
The property was perfect for our stay. All the arrangements were great and as mentioned while booking. We came into the area couple hours early and Darlene was sweet to let us in before the check in time.
I will definitely recommend this place.
Stayed here so that we can hike up Mt. Whitney. The place is clean, comfortable and spacious. It's acutually better than the way it looks in the pics. We had a very nice stay before and after the hike.
Great property and location, really easy to get into death valley and Mt. Whitney! The space is fantastic, ideal for a getaway and Darlene is super helpful as a host! Would definitely stay again.

All of the positive reviews were spot on. Our stay was wonderful and the property provided everything and more. The view from the dining room and front porch is amazing. I can’t wait for my next visit.
This was my second time staying in this cozy, quiet little house. Everything works as it should here. The neighbors are quiet and there's no street noise.
As described.
My daughter and I made some amazing memories in Lone Pine. The stay in the bungalow was the icing on the cake. We made it a mile to the summit of Whitney and came back to a warm clean space with all the convinces of our home without the drive.
This was our home base for my friend & I when we hiked Mt. Whitney. It’s clean & comfortable - the pictures don’t do it justice! The bathroom & kitchen are very well stocked. The neighborhood is very safe quiet as well. Can’t go wrong with this rental!
This quiet, cozy little house was great! It's far enough from 395 to not hear any traffic, but close enough to walk to restaurants and coffee at Vibras. The neighborhood is quiet. Once you pull down the bedroom shades and close the doors, you are in a dark, quiet room to sleep very well. Stay here and have a relaxing time!
This is the 2nd time my hiking buddy & I have stayed here. It's clean and the A/C works well. The neighborhood is quiet so you can get to sleep early for those early morning hikes. There's an air mattress there that you can set up in the living room, but I brought my own. Plenty of room for a queen-sized one. Great hiking trip - no complaints!

Felt like I was home in the mountains. I can’t thank the host and owner enough. I’ll come back every year and I don’t live far away. Thanks Again! Phil
We stayed here to spend a full day in Death Valley. It was a lot of driving, but we were glad to stay across from the Sierra Nevada and Mt. Whitney - gorgeous. This is a very comfortable home. FYI the couch is not a pull-out but there is a very nice air mattress provided.
