Quartos sem acústica. O hotel fica na beira de uma avenida movimentada, da para ouvir latidos e movimentos dos carros nitidamente. O hotel até permite a estadia de PET, e cobra uma diária de 70,00 reais. Mas não fornece nenhum tipo de benefício para tal. Muito pelo contrário, restringe o pet a fazer barulho, não pode ficar sozinho no quarto muito menos ir até o ambiente de café. Se o cachorro não pode fazer nada é mais coerente não permitir a estadia do mesmo, pois definitivamente não é um hotel pet friendly. Meu cachorro não ficou confortável. Hotel ultrapassado tanto na estrutura (janelas enferrujadas, pisos encardidos, roupa de cama surrada, roupa de banho extremamente dura) quanto no atendimento. Recepcionistas despreparadas para informar no ato da reserva, se soubéssemos que seria tão difícil hospedar um pet não teríamos nos hospedado em família.

Atendimentos dos funcionários bem mais ou menos, e tentaram me cobrar diaria adicional pq sai do quarto as 12:20, achei um absurdo pois não ligaram antes avisando. Me hospedo em hoteis de diversas redes o tempo todo e nunca vi algo parecido,no fim não cobraram mas a formada abordagem era extremamente grosseira. Alem disso recepcionistas mau humorados no checkin e no checkout.
