Though the hostel is hard to find, and its location is rather poor, but I liked it from inside. It is nice and huge.

O pior Hostel de todos

Posso dizer que de todos os Hosteis que já estive este foi pior. Apesar de ficar bem distante do centro de Londres, não foi este o problema pois o transporte público na cidade é fantástico. O hostel é imenso e tinha de tudo pra ser um excelente local de hospedagem se não fosse o péssimo atendimento, a desorganização, a péssima estrutura dos quartos e sujeira, etc. Começando pela recepção, parece que estão ali lhe fazendo um favor. Não fazem a menor questão de demonstrar empatia, cordialidade e gentileza. Uma das atendentes que fica no período da noite nem olha na sua cara pois usa um boné que cobre todo sua face. Nem sei como ela enxerga alguma coisa naquele computador. A falta de organização é generalizada. Não há controle de quem entra e quem sai. A porta da rua estar quase sempre aberta. Passei seis 6 diárias neste local e na última noite fui acordado 2 vezes alegando que meu nome não estava na recepção. Os quartos são minúsculos, com 2 beliches de 3 camas cada. Quando alguém estar subindo para a última parece que tudo vai desmoronar. Também não existe armários para guardar seus pertences. Só há um quanto onde vc pega a chave na recepção mas há tanta bagunça neste local que confesso fiquei assustado. No período que fiquei o hostel estava lotado. O quarto tinha um mau cheiro horrível e mesmo eu pedindo na recepção para limpar não fui atendido. Dica de viagem: leiam as avaliações dos locais onde vão ficar hospedados, Londres é linda demais pra ser estragada em um local dest

Bodde i 4 bäddsrum. Inga krokar varken på rummet eller den gemensamma duschen som, dessutom luktade mögel, tror jag i alla fall. Lukten påminde om man brygger öl eller vin. Tyckte atmosfären var så där och personalen sade knappt något. En kväll var polisen där, vet inte varför..Trivsam stadsdel

Im a person who doesn’t usually likes to review things but I think but this hostel is definitely necessary to do. First, the reception service was horrible! Me and my friend had to wait there for almost 45 minutes. The poor guy at the reception didn’t know what to do since there were a lot of people in line. Also, someone else took our beds in the hostel and they didn’t even clean. What the reception guy did was to only give us some clean sheets and we had to made our own beds. The space in the rooms are so small! And they don’t even have lockers for your luggage. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I didn't like that it has kids running around like idiots all the time. Also was not conducive to meeting other people at hostel probably better fort people hoping to stick to themselves

Do not stay at this hostel

Would not recommend staying at this hostel. Facilities are filthy, ‘women deposit’ bins were completely full and without a lid, whole toilets smelt as a result. The 8-bed dorm we stayed in was extremely small for 8 people, mattresses were very basic but the main issue was when we went to the room (past check in time) we had to wait for the room to be cleaned as it hadn’t been touched and all evening we had 5 groups of people be given a key to our room therefore ENTERED the room (we had booked all 8 beds). We had notified the reception of people coming into the room but even after people continued to come in. As a result we will not be staying here again. However I must say the lady on reception was extremely lovely, rushed off her feet (not her fault) due to just herself been there, so we do want to thank her as she was so so lovely and helpful. Just a massive shame about the people being given a key to our room and the cleanliness of the place.

My old hall of residence.

Check in time was quoted as 2pm On arrival at the hostel at 3pm, where we had lived for three years when at university, we were given keys to our room which was dirty and had not been made up. It was also a room of two bunks, not four, which I had ordered. We were then given keys to another room which had four bunks but unfortunately this had not been cleaned either and dirty linen was still evident. On reporting this to the manager, we were reassured that the problem would be sorted on our return. This indeed was the case. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen and towels clean. We all slept very well
