The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I arrived very early morning from a long overseas flight and the staff did I their best to get a room ready for me couple hours before the 3PM check in time. The room was extremely clean and modern and despite being on the smaller side with US standards was very functional.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and the room very comfortable. The pillows were exceptional and had I known I wouldn't have dragged mine from Gloucestershire. The staff were helpful and friendly Also it was a 2 minute walk to the Cromwell Hospital. A perfect stay.

The staff were great & friendly. The hotel is charming and in a great location for sightseeing in Kensington and area. The room had everything I needed, it was nice to have a minifridge. The bed was super confortable and the bedding was warm. The bathroom was small but well laid out, my only complaint was the water pressure which affected the shower and toliet.

Overall, it was a great experience to stay at The Rockwell. The hotel and rooms were clean, we had everything we needed, and the staff were so nice and polite. I will recommend to others and I will consider staying at The Rockwell next time I visit London.

Honestly what a find in London. Lovely staff, hotel, room with all the amenities you need (including cotton pads & buds!) and a reasonably priced minibar! Just excellent! We also paid for breakfast which was similarly great - reasonable price for all you could eat buffet with a wide selection and attentive service. Close to 2 tubes, museums and a variety of places to eat. Will definitely be back.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great staff. Rooms are lovely. Would still like them to be cleaner. But spacious and good for work. Used the bar area to work too. Had room service when I was too tired to go get food. My asks were also accommodate. Will definitely stay there again.
