The welcome from Amy was so lovely and warm. Made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. Also special mention to the young lady at the desk near the bar didn’t catch her name (with nose ring) very chatty, friendly & helpful. Food in rooftop bar was delicious. Room was clean and tidy and considering we were in the centre of Leicester Square facing the busiest part, no noise at all was heard in the room! Great stay, perfect central location with lovely staff and will definitely be coming again.

Lovely stay at the Londoner. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one is up there with the best. Superb amenities, great location and friendly staff. It was my birthday and a lovely little touch was left in our room which was fantastic. Our only disappointment was check in. We were told that we would receive a phone call or text to let us know when our room was ready. By 3.20pm we had heard nothing so we had to call them. Our room was ready yet no one had told us. We checked in and were told our bags would be in the room, they weren’t so another call had to be made. They did arrive very swiftly but overall, check-in was a little disappointing. I would however stay there again as it was a fabulous hotel.

We had breakfast and it was a little pricey but convenient for the first day. The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel and room were beautiful. Great location, walkable to most tourist attractions. Drinks at The Stage bar were great. The free cabana for the pool was great too!! If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again.
