Ok property but room very basic and stayed in room at front and main road very noisy all night. Room clean and shower was good. Staff were very helpful and gave excellent customer service.
Room compact nice n clean bed linen good and general cleanliness good could do with softer lighting for reading at night small table by beds with lamp on as main light very bright .
Lovely place to stay spotlessly clean, i stayed in room 14 with private shower room excellent ,serviced daily 24 hour reception staff friendly and helpful tea coffee making facilities tv with good reception, would stay again good value for money, room 14 on the front which is a busy main road so a little noisy at night if window is opened thank-you
This place is very good value for money, staff are nice. It's safe, very clean, secure parking (for £10 extra) and handy for local shops etc.
There is a ceiling fan in the room but I can imagine it gettitng very warm at times of the year. Fridge / Freezer in the room was handy but slightly noisy in the night.
I'll definately stay there again when in the area.
WiFi was good and Netflix worked well.
I was on the 3rdf floor, no lift so good job I'm fit!

The cozy room was perfect for travellers that just need a place to stay overnight.
That said, the small wardrobe in the room was not anchored to the wall and would topple over onto you when the door was opened. How is that acceptable?
It was a basic hotel but it was perfect for a weekend away watching the football and taking in Walthamstow's breweries.
The room was near the top of the hotel and there was no lift so be aware that you may need to walk up a few flights of stairs. There is no air con but the room had a ceiling fan which took the edge off a very warm evening.
The room also had a fridge which was handy.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on offer but I did not partake.

Friendly service, very good! but...
The friendly service is very good. However, the room is not soundproofed, so I can hear the cars passing by. The room is too cold at night. The location is unfortunate as it is far from the subway station.

Whilst the staff were accommodating in checking us in late at night, our room smelt strongly of cigarettes (especially the bathroom) and the inboard fan did not work properly. When this was raised with the hotel staff, they were unwilling to assist us or provide any compensation for providing with us with an unkept and smelly room.
We saw mixed reviews about the commongate before we booked so were a little apprehensive on our journey down. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room given the very low price. It’s never going to be the Ritz but this hotel is absolutely fine to stay in if you’re happy with the basics and just want a room to sleep in. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap stay in London. I would come back here again. The only very very minor feedback point is that they only give you 1 pillow and the water from the bathroom has a sign on it saying it is not drinkable, so make sure you bring your own water or you can just use the kettle in the room.
Staff very helpful always. Receptionist 24/7.
Breakfast available if needed.
Microwave not in room but can get to use hotel’s microwave.
Downside, heavy traffic area, can hear the traffic at nights.
Was told to be careful in the neighbourhood when walking. People in the nearby shops were very helpful.
No elevators but got help to carry my suitcase.
Hairdryer available from reception area.
No bed side table or table to eat in room as it was a small room.
Fridge/ceiling fan in room. Tea and coffee provided in room daily.
Older building. Bus ride to the tube station.
No restaurants nearby but small take out places for food.
If you are on a budget and don’t plan on being in the hotel for long periods of time it’s ok.
I was out the entire days I stayed there so worked well for a 3 night stay.

This hotel never disapoints. We have been twice before, and we are always impressed by the indulgence of the hotel. The rooms are impecably designed, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and courteous.
