1.酒店近地鐵站 2.樓下附近都有很多商店和食店，很方便 3.房間內又有暖氣提供，房間又大 但是.... 1.房間內燈光比較昏暗，令人精神不足 2.又沒有人清潔房間，有些插頭又壞，連風筒也沒有 3.很多東西要自己索取才有,有時直接說沒有 4.最可怕最奇怪是，廳內的電視深夜時份連續兩晚自己開著，可能是校了自動開著，又會自己關，想調又調不了，整個就讓人精神崩解 5.雙人床原來是兩張單人床拼合而成，中間有條空隙，而且床褥本身亦太太太軟，整個人躺下去很不舒服，幾天下來腰部非常痠 6.房間隔音亦不好，經常晚上聽到馬路的車聲，吵鬧得睡不好

Hôtel déplorable et chambres sales.

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits. En arrivant à la Gare Victoria, l'arrêt de métro est facile à trouver, mais arrivés à la station Kilburn Park de la Bakerloo Line, il est très difficile de trouver l'hôtel avec l'adresse indiquée. Et ne demandez pas aux gens, cet hôtel n'est pas connu. Après avoir enfin trouvé l'hôtel, on nous donne une carte pour ouvrir notre appartement, qui devait comprendre une chambre avec lit double et un canapé lit, ainsi qu'une petite cuisine et la salle de bains. Résultat : un canapé-lit affreusement sale, pleins de taches et situé dans la cuisine. La table de la cuisine avait un pied cassé, les plaques de cuisson étaient sales, les services tous sales également. Les stores aux fenêtres étaient cassés, les draps de lit étaient jaunes et il y avait une odeur de moisi partout! Nous avons exigé une nouvelle chambre, qui était un peu mieux, moins sale.. les stores étaient cassés mais les draps de lit étaient propres. Par contre, l'alarme incendie sonnait toutes les 3min et le soir nous n'avions plus d'électricité ! Nouvelle chambre exigée, nous avons eu 2 chambres avec lit double, correctes et assez propres. La fin du séjour s'est déroulée normalement. Je ne recommanderais cet hôtel à personne, pas même mon pire ennemi.

this hotel looks nothing like the pics, for starters no lamps on the bedrooms, no microvave nor spoons in the kitchen. the bed was wet, smeelled like mold and pillows were the worse. the tables on the kitchen were filthy and legs were bend. Sink was clogged and shower a bit disfunctional. I know you should not expect a lot for the price but you should expect functionality and cleanliness. def not there.

The trip to London became a headache before it even startet. Friday afternoon, 5 days before departure, I was informed that the appartment I first ordered via hotels.com was not available. They tried to call me friday afternoon, but I was busy at job and couldn't answer the phone. I waited two day before I called them myself. This attempt from demanded lot of patience. I was transferred to a swedish girl. I know swedish very well, but she spoke a dialect that was hard to understand. She managed to book us on on another hotel. So far so good, but when I should print my reservation, the day before departure, I discovered that she had just booked for one night instead og 3. I specifically asked for 3 nights and the original booking was also for 3 nights. I tried to fix it 1 via hotels.com and struggeled with them for about an hour. Sadly enough had had to fix via another company. I doubt I'll use hotels.com again. The hotel was ok. Cheap and not to far from the City. It was clean, but some lack of daily maintenance. The showerhead was broken, half of the downlights were dark, the toilettseat fell off and toilettpaper wasn't replaced.

Deceptively delightful

On arrival at the apartment's reception area, we was expecting the apartment to be fairly small. However, we was pleasantly surprised with a not only spacious but we'll decorated apartment. The staff at the recaption desk were helpful and friendly which was also reassuring. The only downside to the apartment was that the double beds was made up of two single beds which lacked comfort to sleep on. In addition to this there is a strict policy about not allowing extra guests to come into the apartment after 12am which lacked convenience for us as a group of friends out for a birthday night out.

Einmal und nie mehr

Tag 1: Ankunft in Hotel gegen 21.30. Der Rezeptionist studierte zuerst lange die ausgedruckte Buchungsbestätigung. Anschliessend suchte er im System nach der Reservierung. Er teilte uns mit, dass das Hotel überbucht sei. Er telefonierte darauf rund eine viertel Stunde, bis er ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel namens SO Sienna, welches zu ihrer Kette gehört, fand. Währenddessen hatten wir den Eingangsbereich betrachtet. Die Abtrennung zum Büro erinnerte uns an stark an eine Bautüre und der Raum hinter der Rezeption an eine Besenkammer. Danach bestellte er uns einen Wagen (dubios, war wahrscheinlich was in der Art wie Uber). Er teilte uns mit, dass wir für zwei Nächte im anderen Hotel übernachten müssten und dann auswählen könnten, ob wir dort bleiben möchten oder ob wir zurückkehren möchten. Währenddessen kam ein weiterer Gast an, welcher das gleiche Schicksal wie wir teilen sollte. In der Zwischenzeit teilte er uns mit, dass es aufgrund eines Wasserschadens zur Überbuchung gekommen sei. Der Wagen war nach rund 20 Minuten in einer dunklen Nebengasse beim Hotel. Nachdem wir selber den Kofferraum öffnen und unser Gepäck verstauen mussten, gaben wir dem Fahrer die Adresse, welcher der Rezeptionist auf einen Fresszettel festgehalten hatte. Nachdem der Fahrer uns an der falschen Adresse ablud, fanden wir den Weg ins besagte Hotel und waren um 22.30 an der Rezeption. Eine sehr freundliche Dame begrüsste uns und begleitete uns auf unser ....

Hotel con lo necesario

Hotel con lo necesario, amplio departamento, limpio, los muebles son un poco antiguos, en buen estado pero un poco viejos. Las persianas con fallas pero cumplen con el objetivo. El hotel esta en una zona que en la noche se vuelve un poco peligroso o desconfiado. Esta a una cuadra de la estación del metro.

Terrible staff

The staff were very judgemental of me. Every time I walked in reception asked what room I was staying in and that I'm not allowed guests. The apartment is nothing like the pics. The whole apartment had no where to sit apart from the bed and this is when I booked a "deluxe" apartment. Terrible wouldn't ever come back again

The apartments are ok

The apartment I got was clean and it looked nice. However, it does need upgrading. The couch in my room was completely torn apart and very uncomfortable to sit on. The mattress on my bed, also needs an upgrade. I would always sink whenever I got into it, and I am very thin! :p some furniture is broken and one of the side lights in my room did not work. The room overall did look nice and the bathroom was clean. The place is located less than 5 mins to the tube, however the lines there aren't the best. You would need about 25mins before you got to the centre. Staff was lovely and always willing to hotel. If they upgraded their furniture, I would be willing to stay here again.

Not quite as luxurious as the photos suggest, but everything was clean and the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. I stayed in an apartment, which had a kitchen without cutlery, cooking pans, microwave or kettle. But when I asked for a kettle, I got one immediately, and maybe could have asked for the other stuff if I'd wanted it. The hotel is a bit hard to notice at first because it's on a side street, but if you Google map search you can have a look at it and you won't have trouble finding it. And the price, considering London hotel rates, was reasonable.

Rummelig deluxe lejlighed nær indkøb og transport

Dejligt sted tæt på offentlig transport og indkøbsmuligheder (man bor ovenpå et supermarked og er nabo til togstationen - overground). Da man bor i en storby, tæt på stationen og ud til Hovedgaden er der larm, så det skal man være opmærksom på. Venligt personale. Rummelig 2 værelses deluxe lejlighed. Lejligheden var dog ret slidt, møbler der bar præg af slitage, en kommode der væltede når man åbnede den, et bord hvor glaspladen sidder løst, persienner der er bøjede og et meget slidt gulv. Sengene var gode og der var rent. Det trænger til en kærlig hånd, derfor ikke topkarakterer herfra. Men til vores formål, og til prisen, var det et super sted, og vi ville vælge det igen.

Out of the centre but convenient and cheap

Maybe not the most desirable area for a London stay but the price was SO reasonable. I had, for a tiny price, what was effectively a London flat! Bed-sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom. The TESCO below the property would allow you to cater cheaply for yourself. NO breakfast offered in the hotel. I felt perfectly safe. Tube stations are SO close, allowing access to central London or wherever you wish.
