no microwave, no fridge anywhere, no water fountain, tea area closes at 8 pm, no way of getting anything. staff support was very neglecting. my parents were handicapped and had to find a way to do everything themselves. either the hotels needs to be more hospitable or everyone should avoid this place like the plague. it hurts me to think families spend so much money for a hotel that offers no value.
Mr sheriff was very rude no customer service at all the Jamaican young lady is very helpful and friendly anybody coming to this hotel i advice you avoid mr sheriff he will ruin your stay
Staff lack training.
They need to review the room service situation. If you want your room serviced you’re require to notify reception before midday. The problem is that they have the multi tasking running the bar and breakfast areas. This results in pressing the call button at reception, but you still wait minutes for staff to arrive.
The multi talking also means that check in takes around 10m.
We had the do not disturb sign on the door, but the cleaner still waked into our room. On checking out the reception person asked how the stay was, which I replied ok. Then he said only ok. Informed him that cleaner had walked into our room. He said you must understand they start early and have many rooms to clean. I said we had the do not disturb song on the door and he said but you know they are busy. Extremely poor end to the stay as this is the second time we have had staff walk into room with son not disturb sign
