The "Hotel" had been converted into a homeless shelter 3 years ago but was still on the website. They even charged in advance which they are not allowed to.

This hotel has not been operating as a hotel since Covid broke out over a year and a half ago. It is used to house the homeless. I do not understand how you could book me there. I had to get another hotel on my own. When I called Orbitz, I was told it would take 7-10 days to get a response since they could not contact the hotel.

Bra hotell med bra läge

Jag behövde ett billigt hotellrum med närhet till tunnelbana, och detta hotell erbjöd både och. Fick betala 86 pund för 2 nätter vilket får anses vara väl godkänt i London. Var lite orolig för vissa recensioner men jag upplevde hotellrummet som rent och det uppfyllde mina behov. Det jag saknade var dock någonstans att hänga jackan eller lämna av saker. Det fanns en hylla som satt högt upp och lite illa till, samt ett sängbord på ena sidan rummet som redan hade saker på sig. Fungerar när man är ensam men kanske inte när man är två. Jättetrevlig tjej i receptionen. Tvn fungerade sådär och man kunde inte använda båda eluttagen samtidigt... Men man är ju ändå knappt på rummet. Låg en adapter i rummet, oklart om den är från hotellet eller tidigare gäst men det var trevligt iallafall. :) Extremt lyhört i hela hotellet, men jag sov gott ändå.

L'hôtel à 3min de la gare St Pancras International. Le personnel a été convivial. La salle de bain est commune, tout comme les WC. Une simple chambre pour avoir un pied à terre à coût reduit.

Petit hôtel entre 2 gares pour un week-end

Petit hôtel très pratique entre la gare Eurostar et la gare pour monter dans le Nord. Prix correct pour Londres. Rue calme. Bouilloire dans la petite chambre. Donc bon compromis entre auberge de jeunesse et hôtel 2 étoiles francais.

OYO Kings Hotel

The hotel is basic but okay for a short stay. I was on the very top floor and could hear a lot of noise coming from the rooms next door as the walls are very thin. The water pressure for the shower in my room was extremely weak which was a disappointment. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the heating was adjustable so it never got too cold. The reception is actually located in another hotel around the corner, which isn’t clear when you arrive and I saw a few people confused when trying to check-in.

Excellent for the price

Considering this is a budget hotel and less than half the cost of a travelodge, it was excellent. Room, though small was very clean and tidy. On-suite bathroom very small but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

It was a really comfortable bed & the double room was a good size for two people! The sink in our room made a weird noise everytime someone flushed the toilet though, and the very front door didnt seem to shut over from the outside so that should get fixed! However, everything else was great and even though the front door wasnt the best, there was another door behind it so it was still safe :) would come back

Room needs attention

Clean and comfortable. We used it as an overnight stop between travelling around h to St Pancreas, then on to Heathrow. Check in was ok (note, you check in around the corner at the other OYO hotel). Unfortunately, the lock on our room door was very stiff and took some time to open. The room was ok. The TV did not work and was unplugged. The Earth pin on the plug was broken off, so was unusable, as was the plug socket near the TV (which was taped over).

年越しに3泊しました。フロントは裏にある同系列のOYOアポロホテルになります。 中は激狭です。 音はすごく漏れます。 タオルとボディソープ以外のアメニティはありません。 フロントに言えばヘアドライヤーは貸してくれます。 安宿と承知の上で泊まれば何も文句はありませんし快適です。 毎日タオル交換とベットメイキングはしてくれます。 暖房もとても効いています。スタッフの対応も皆普通に良しです。 セントパンクラスで他国に移動予定がある人には立地とてもいいですが、観光には他の場所が便利かもしれません。 いつも高い宿ばかりの方でなければ全然問題ありません。

Do not stay here!

The venue was handy for Kings cross station. The hotel was very basic! There appeared to be one shower room shared between about a dozen rooms what from I could see. The shower head was filthy and the water didn’t drain away quick enough so the shower tray overflowed into the shower room floor. The bedroom was basic and the tv didn’t work. The entrance door to the hotel wouldn’t lock which I reported, however in the morning when I left I found it had been left unlocked all night! Nothing was done to repair it. I was told the inside door had a lock, so it wasn’t a problem! Would never stay here again. It felt more like a low grade student halls.

Stayed for just one night. This is a budget hotel so it is pretty basic - rather small room and bathroom and adequate rather than luxury furniture. Against this though the room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. I would say it certainly represented good value for money.....

Very cheap and convenient

Very cheap for this part of London, very convenient to Kings Cross. Clean and adequate for a nights stay. Regents Park Canal nearby for early morning runners.

There is scope for improvement

The room was slightly smelly and there were a number of mosquitoes/insects. The shower room was very small. The flooring was not carpeted and it was difficult to walk barefoot. Only one towel (relatively small in size) was kept for each bed.
