Comfortable bed, spacious room, the room was cool and drafty as they had a humidifier in the room which had gaps as it reached outside the room via the window which was odd. Staff are very nice, food was hot and tasty in the bar/ restaurant.

It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you

Perfect Location

Great stay and location was perfect for Kew the Music! Food was really good. Rooms were a bit dated and could use a refresh, although the bathroom was really nice with the added touch of toiletries. Staff very friendly.

Cute, traditional hotel.

Kew gardens hotel was easy to check into. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/diner on the ground floor was easy going with good food. We really liked our stay here.

Everyone on staff is sweet and smiley! Very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfasts are cooked in the pub kitchen upon ordering, not continental-style. They make espresso drinks too! The room was quiet and cozy. I will return.

Lovely hotel convenient to National Archives and Kew Gardens, good food in restaurant and good places to eat nearby. Rooms small but clean, nice mattress (a rarity in UK hotels that are not incredibly expense).

Nice place to stay and eat!

Cute, quaint hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Pub was excellent! Service and food were great. Within walking to Kew Gardens and very close to metro which made getting to Heathrow easy when we left.
