I was skeptical but I actually loved it! Super convenient to trains/ tube. Friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed in a no window room but didn’t feel closer it. It’s definitely compact but well laid out. I was solo so maybe too tight for 2 adults but it had everything you needed! Will definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and nice but basic rooms. Super friendly staff that really does their best to help! Good location close to the Kings cross station.
Great location that is walkable distance to St Pancreas station if traveling to other countries through Eurostar. Spacious room. Only complaint was water pressure on faucet for your hands was a little sparce.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay including letting me take food up from the breakfast buffet when my spouse was not feeling well. Always solicitous and checking if we needed anything and we're enjoying it stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London.
We had a wonderful stay at The Hub. The staff are the best part—so friendly and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated Bella, Jemina, and entire front end and dining staff for their warm welcome and efficiency. Coupled with a great location and a lovely daily breakfast, this hotel is a perfect choice.
All in all thought this hotel was pretty great for a solo traveler.
Had middling expectations for this place given the size of the room and price point, and it far exceeded them!
The design of the room was quite smart, spacious for how small the room is, really liked the wall controls of the lights, shower was hot, and breakfast was really good.
Front desk people were helpful at checkin. Location also good as close to Kings Cross and reasonably close to Euston.
For one person this was pretty perfect, the room would be tight for two.
Liked everything

Perfect location nice and quite but easy access to

Close to King’s X. Everything went smoothly and breakfast was good.
Basic but has everything you need - room was more spacious than expected. Location is fantastic for the train station and overall excellent value for money in central London. Would def stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice hotel with comfortable bar area and friendly staff. We were very disappointed that our ‘double room’ was a very small capsule style room with only one side of the bed free to get out of so had to climb over my husband to go to the bathroom in the night. Realise that London hotels aren’t cheap but £145 was pricey for such a small room.

Disliked: Cleanliness
HAIR IN THE SINK
Staff was nice. I appreciate the concept but, Room was awful. Dirty hair in the sink. Hand soap was crusted shut. Room was not clean either but the hair in the sink was the corker. I was exhausted by travel and staying only one night otherwise I would have changed rooms or left entirely. This room was not cheap either. $250 US. SHOULD BE BETTER.
The good-for-value breakfast is beginning to get smaller and more limited. Fruits were not available on several days except for apples. The room continues to be a wonder of efficiency and comfort for one person.
