Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. Thanks to the team for a great stay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in London. My friend and I had a massage in the Spa which was the best massage we have both ever had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again

The Four Seasons always provides spectacular service, but this hotel really did an incredible job of providing top notch service. The staff was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is right outside the Tower of London and close to the Underground.

Happy 22nd Anniversary

From the moment that we walked in the door, to the moment that we were leaving, we were treated like royalty. The room was phenomenal. To sweeten the stay, we had a hand written note from the staff saying happy anniversary along with a bottle of champagne and a sweet treat. The stay was certainly 5 star!

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone very nice. Great concierge services. Great Ball Staff. Would definitely stay there again My only complaint is that the water is “hard”. It takes a lot of water to wash soap off.

It's the Four Seasons... what more can one say? Impeccable and lovely, as always. Absolutely ideal location, in a beautiful historic building. I don't know what I did to deserve the upgrade to a suite, but I am forever grateful.

Weekend couple stay birthday celebrations

A lovely luxury stay with my husband. Impressive bathroom suite and very relaxing luxurious room. Comfy bed and lovely amenities. All staff were help at all times and attentive. Swift check in. We were celebrating my husband key birthday and hotel sent non- alcoholic sparkly ( due to our dietary requirements) and birthday cake complementary. Lovely gesture and much appreciated- thank you for a lovely stay.
