the room itself was lovely, clean and spacious for a great price and the jacuzzi was just great on its own. would definitely recommend to people looking at staying here
20 minute walk from both Angel and Highbury and Islington tube stations. 5 minute walk from a Tesco express and High Street Islington. Easy to check in and the room was clean and well stocked, with tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel. Small problem locating the switch for the jacuzzi and a bit of a trial filling it with hot water, but it was welcome after hours of walking.
We stayed here to go to a concert at the Emirates Stadium. We were very happy with the hotel, the room was big and clean, lovely shower. It exceeded our expectations. Staff very responsive to message.
Only one thing to improve on would be the instructions on how to find the property as the door is quite hidden.
Very good stay, would recommend!

It is very nice and restaurant meal was very good. Hotel Team always answer emails all questions. It is very good location
The accomadation was really good. The reason for giving it four stars is upon arrival you had two very steep stairs we had to climb. We did not anticipate this. The room was beautiful. However the bed was a little to hard for my liking and our shower head would constantly fall off. Other than that we really liked our stay and the service was great! Reaching the nearest bus was a 5 to 10 minute walk and everywhere were Lime bicycles. This was great!
Great spacious room with really nice design, at a good price in a great location. However it was very difficult to get hold of anyone when we needed assistance.
Damm good value. As someone who uses hotels a lot in London, this was really good value. Room was massive had had all the room amanities of a hilton or other 4 star equivalent. But for a third of the price! Yes you don't get the hotel facilities, but honestly the room was really good and at a very reasonable price. Which for a mid week stay in London is hard to come by (unless it's Sunday)
Excellent stay here for 1 night. Excellent communication from the owner providing helpful information in accessing the property etc. Really pleased with the room - was very clean and comfy, loved the jacuzzi bath.
My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The room was everything I hoped for. Very much enjoyed the hot tub!! Great view of the city from our window, which was a bonus to wake up to.
The only reason I cannot give a perfect rating, the bed was a little uncomfortable and we could of done with 2 more towels. Other than that, we loved our stay.
Bit dodgy checking in when i didn't recivd any info before arrival. When i finally got in, everything was great. Nice and clean with lots of space.
Im going to use this place again. Come on you Arsenal

Good stay, nice area, very quiet however due to rain and upstairs rooms hot tub the ceiling began to leak resulting in using the bin to catch the water which created a bad smell in the room. Wasn’t a major issue but should be looked at for repair

It was cute. Looks like dorm apartments. WiFi was terrible. We were told to use the coffee shop downstairs WiFi in the meantime and password was wrong. Had to go ask. No TV as in no regular channels. Needed to sign in for Netflix etc. overall good if you aren’t going to be home. Affordable. Clean.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and well-kept — and to our pleasant surprise, housekeeping tidied up, made our bed, and refreshed the bottled water on day 3/4. The jacuzzi was a nice touch.
However, there are a few things we think are worth noting, and for future travelers to keep in mind. On the day of arrival, you’ll receive a text via WhatsApp from the host, including a link to complete payment. When we received this text from a random number, we assumed it was spam (since we thought we had paid via Expedia), so we ignored it initially. However, this step is required in order to receive the door codes. As foreign travelers, we were surprised that we had to pay via a suspicious link, and that we weren’t notified of this until we were on our way to the hotel from the airport. There is no staff present so this is the only way to access the rooms.
The hotel is located in a second and third-story townhome, directly above a restaurant/bar. The plus side is their food is delicious; however, on Friday night, they stayed open until at least 1am, with loud music playing and cigarette smoke lingering in our room. If you request a room on the other side of the hotel, these things may not be as bad.
There are no lifts/elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage up 1-2 flights of stairs.
Finally, the WiFi did not work. We connected to the restaurant’s WiFi instead, which was far more stable, but this was disappointing considering the price point.
So the hotel location is good, the room was large and comfortable, but the bath didn’t work and I was only told on the day that I was arriving. However, I did hear another jacuzzi bath from about 10pm, which was quite loud.
Other issues were the following
1. parking, if you arrive from 4:30pm onwards, no problem as the parking is maximum 2 hours (£20), and free after 6:30pm.
2. One of the towels smelt quite bad.. the other was fine and smelt clean, but one did have a not so nice smell.
3. The kettle was full. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but in terms of hygiene, you should empty and dry kettles as standing water for a prolonged period can be quite dangerous.
4. Someone else managed to turn on my TV at 10:15pm, went onto Disney and tried to play a show - bit odd, but I didn’t fancy watching the bear.
5. There isn’t any reception, just keypads to enter the property, this includes the bedroom, although you can lock the door from the inside. I don’t know, I just didn’t think it felt that secure…
All in all it was a comfortable stay, but there was plenty to be improved on. I also think there should be more clarity on the parking and if there are any issues (which have clearly been there longer than that day) they should be mentioned at the time of booking, or at least a few days in advance as the only reason I stayed in the hotel was for the bath.

The hotel is in a lovely area and the room is a nice size. As this is classed as a boutique hotel I would expect a coffee machine in the room, more than 3 tea bags for a 2 night stay and better quality pillows as they were lumpy.

The room was nicely decorated. However, they could have removed the painters tape upon completion. This is a minor point.
The jacuzzi bath was amazing however, didn't work which was a pity. So really acted as a large bath. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was to a good standard.
We had a wonderful stay. Bed was a little hard. The curtains werent black out and the neighbours were a little noisy at times but the not the fault of the hotel. Overall would stay again
