"Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though."

"On first look it was clean but once you look a bit closer, back of most doors were dirty, inside cupboards were dirty, some of the linen was stained. Definitely could be a higher standard of clean. The permanent residents aren’t very friendly towards tourists in the complex. "

"It is complicated to get in. Had to ring and be guided. Nowhere to park when checking in. Not a simple relaxing check in experience. Told to specifically park in a designated car spot yet when we came back another car had parked in our spot! Annoying! Place was not what we expected at all. It’s clean but we were also looking straight at a busy roundabout of cars …. Would not go back. Was not a relaxing holiday apartment "

"Some sore of deodoriser machine in our room when we arrived to get out the smell of the previous “ guests “ People fighting in the halls at 6am. Won’t be back."
