This facility has only been open for a month. They have a few bugs to work out. The rooms are super nice, bed comfortable. Loved the room. But! There was a vent on the wall close to the ceiling blowing out cold air and was very noisy. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Asked about it at the front desk. They told me it was controlled by the thermostat on the wall, but the thermostat on the wall controlled the heat/ac unit under the window, no matter what I tried it would not shut off. I told the desk and rather than send someone to look at it they just said "I will tell the manager". It ran all night long, needless to say I didn't get much sleep. Just a suggestion, maybe they should leave printed instructions on how to operate the heat/ac units. Another problem was the water pressure in the shower. Very poor. One would think for a brand new facility it should have better water pressure.
