My family stopped at this hotel for just 1 night before visiting Hocking Hills state Park. Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and a good breakfast. We arrived too late to try the pool, but it looked inviting.

Clean and convenient with a comfortable bed. Would have preferred a coffee maker in the room but was able to walk down the hall and get one. My wife enjoyed the breakfast. Given how expensive Hocking Hills is these days this is a convenient and reasonable priced place to stay without choosing a potentially iffy motel. Only downside was kids making noice in the hallway late at night.

When first arriving to the hotel, our room was a little dirty. There were crumbs on the floor and on the bench seat in the room. It was late, so we were not about to have them come in or do something about it, but it was a little disappointing. The hotel itself, is a nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was better than most! We have stayed there before.

We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for.

Three of my pillows, as I rolled them to a particular spot, smelled of feces or some other form of human waste, bad surprise in the middle of the night. Room was small, two queens but no room for two people to sit. Tub and bathroom floor very slippery, hazard. Breakfast area too small for the number of guests but very well serviced. Basic but very sterile. Amenities? Small refrigerator with ice caked freezer. Our $7 ice cream melted overnight in the :freezer". Nothing else in the room but plastic cups for tap water.

Staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety. Detailed cleanliness could use some finessing and they did not have enough towels at the pool no matter the time of day. Would still stay again. We love the location and the restaurants that surround the property.
