I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.

Well I never got to stay, I called early in the day Friday and explained it would be late when we made in, they said that was fine. I explained that we where coming in out of state, the lady I spoke that was fine. We arrived at 1:00am and they said they had canceled my reservation, they gave my room to someone else. I had locate another hotel and i spent over $300 after having this room for well over a month. I am not pleased at all !! I have no control of road delays, I did call to explain and they canceled my reservation. Not pleased at all
They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check in. When I called to ask what happened, the manager got on the phone and said,"I DON'T CARE, CALL WHO EVER YOU BOOKED WITH" because they were over booked. I understand things do happen, but for her to say," I DON'T CARE!" was very unprofessional!
The place was a dump, saw someones pair of dirty socks under the desk, tub was FILTHY dirty with lots of small hairs in it! The bed was hard like sleeping on the floor, sheets stained, old furnishings, the only thing good was the heat but after a few hours it blows cool air. I booked a King but they gave me a room with two beds in it which is a cheaper room than King, I told the front desk and the poor attitude was like they could careless, her reply was "its the same price online" when i asked for pay difference back, ridiculous! I payed around $126-136 total for 2 nights and that place looks like its only worth $50 total for 2 nights nothing more! A DUMP!!! Don't waste your time or money! Spend the extra few bucks for better sleep and a cleaner place especially with covid-19 going around.
My stay was terrible, the first night they put me in a room when I opened a dresser drawer there was somebody else's clothes in the drawer. The remotes to the tv didn't have batteries,I tried using the buttons on the tv and couldn't watch tv. The next day they put me in another room, one of the main things that shocked me was the entire time I stayed here. House keeping never came to my room once. Also there's no table in the room like what you see in their pictures,so to eat you have to either eat on the bed,or use the dresser or the counter. Not to mention the night stand had some type of sticky stuff on it.
This place is the worst I have stayed. He keeps ask more money for towels and pets. After you already paid. The place stuck so back. The door to the bathroom didn’t close because the knobs where on wrong. So it looks like a drug infested hotel. It was so discussing that you didn’t want to use the bathroom or sleep in the bed.
When we first arrived i told the lady at the desk we had a reservation, she either didnt understand me or didnt know how to do it but she charged me twice. The room was dirty, pillow cases, towels, curtains, floors. There was hair everywhere. It was loud do to stomping and traffic and the beds were super hard. I had a non smoking, but the neighbor would smoke outside right in front of our window and it would blow in our room and the hotel is not handical acessesable, one guest is in a wheelchair. Only two good things were the air was cold and the price was cheap if i hadnt been charged twice at first.

Upon check in I asked the receptionist if I would need bug spray for this visit and she laughed and said I hope not. I got to my room and saw otherwise.
I checked into the room we showered and then I checked out the room was no smoking with burns in the cover but my biggest complaint was the fact that the door had a 1/2" gap where you can see to the outside and the dead bolt went into the facing which could have been push In easy.. I felt very unsafe so I left and went to a different place I would never stay here or suggest anyone else stay.
The young woman working at the desk was very nice. However, although I had a non-smoking room, the room had a strange odor. When I finally chased the cat out of my room I realized the cat was the source of the odor. The room was not a good value for the money I paid.
Arriving to the hotel to find thw double room i reserved was not avavilbe and i had to share a King sized bed with my co-worker was the 1st bad news. Not happy but not that big of a deal. BUT...My room was absolutly filthy. Its an old hotel with a lot of wear and tear in need of upgrade but that is no excuse for beight nasty. The curtains were covered in stains. The chairs were so covered in who knows what that you couldnt sit on them. The laminate floors were covered in mud and bits of yick so obvoiusly the room haddent been cleaned. The bed was clean but only a sheet and thin cover nothing more.
Everything but receptionist is way too old, from the building to linens and pillows. Hard to distinct is the linens gray because of age or because of dirt. Walls and door are not noiceproof.
