"We were on a special trip with my young family and this could not have been a more perfect place for us. We loved the cottage and it’s proximity to both the forest and the beautiful beaches nearby. It felt like the perfect spot. The board games were great and added to our time together and the little touches like the card and the chocolates made it feel so special. All of us will remember our time at Evergreen and none of us wanted to go home."

"Fabulous location within easy walking distance of the key shops, restaurants, and cathedral, parks etc. Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). "Stayed with 10 friends with average age of 60. Photos of house interior on Vrbo are generally accurate - those on the website for Wheathill show different furniture and soft furnishings. Overall1930s shabby chic vibe is very nice and as expected. Good location in rural residential area10 mins walk to nearest shop and a pub. Neighbours are very close by and pay close attention to people coming and going. Rooms were clean and beds had clean white bedding. Mattresses were very comfortable. There...
