Montanha e ski.

Hotel de montanha, ski in, skin out,estilo rústico com conforto básico. Meia pensão com café da manhã muito bom, com frutas, bolos e pães home made. Jantar sensacional, excelente menu e sobremesas sofisticadas, uma delícia! Único problema foi a calefação muito quente, sem ventilação, mas solicitamos seu desligamento e aí ficou perfeito pois fazia calor.Voltaria com certeza.

Maravilhosa. Perfeito para quem quer esquiar na montanha sem ter que pegar nenhum transporte. Hotel na porta dos meios de elevação de esqui.

Muito bom, o melhor, o adentimento do funcionário Ruan, incansável. Ponto fraco, o restaurante. No café não servem água, tem que comprar e é muito cara. Poucas opções de comida e fazem de tudo pra cobrar algo.

Bom para quem sabe ou quer aprender a esquiar.

Paisagem linda e na estação de esqui, staff cordial e atenciosa, quartos espartanos mas amplos, possui uma pequena cozinha e geladeira, café da manhã bem simples, não espere fartura... Não tem muito o que fazer se não esquiar.

Sublime da Montanha

Hotel de montanha que atende com simplicidade seus hóspedes, instalação modesta e está localizado ao lado do centro de esqui. Por estar na montanha oferece restaurante e sala de jogos com lareira para entreter os hóspedes durante a noite. Uma dica, a região de El Colorado não dispõe de transporte público, recomendo a contratação do serviço de traslado.

Localização fantástica. Serviço nem tanto.

A localização do hotel é fantástica. A simpatia de seus funcionários é outro ponto de destaque positivo. O Adailson (Brasileiro) que era responsável pelo front-office, foi muito atencioso com todos. Fazia o papel até de gerente do hotel, coordenando o serviço no restaurante e conversando com os clientes sobre os problemas de atendimento. Enquanto o dono do hotel não dirigia a palavra aos hospedes. Como pontos negativos destaco a desorganização da equipe, o que levava a esperas grandes para receber o pedido do restaurante, por exemplo. Faltava à equipe uma coordenação mais adequada, pois boa vontaded e educação não lhes faltava, mesmo em momentos de alto estresse e reclamações de clientes. Destaco também o elevadíssimo custo de garrafas de agua no hotel, que chegavam a custar quase o preço das garrafas de vinho e 8 vezes mais caro que o valor em qualquer supermercado.
