Very helpful staff

This hotel was so helpful, my daughter and her friend (both18yrs) arrived in Lloret at 11pm at night to find their hotel was all locked up for the night and had no where to stay. I phoned the alexis (from the uk) and the receptionist was extremely helpful and told me to tell my daughter to come to the hotel and wait in the reception and for me to book online and she would sort the rest out from her side which was such a relief as I felt helpless so far away . I paid £37 for 1 night for the 2 girls to have bed and breakfast they were very happy with both there room and there breakfast and would definately return to this hotel

Struttura dell hotel decisamente da rendere moderna. Qualità del cibo scarsa. Non pulivano bene le camere. Accoglienza perfetta,personale gentile. Solo che dovevamo ripartire alle 7.30 dall hotel e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se potevamo fare colazione,con poco giusto per affrontare il viaggio e il personale ci ha risposto di no. Nonostante tutto che era pagata la nostra colazione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è un po’ fuori mano dalla movida,ma camminando tra vicoletti e lungomare si raggiunge in 10 minuti e la cosa è piacevole. Così facendo abbiamo visitato la città,abbiamo camminato e abbiamo assaporato ogni cosa di lloret. Se quest hotel dovesse migliorare almeno le stanze,lo consiglierei.

Hôtel â ÉVITER très très déçu, piscine ridicule énormément sale, personnel mal aimable, balcon médiocre ce retrouvez avec une terrasse face à un mûr franchement inadmissibles literie même pas la peine impossible de dormir ayant des ressorts toute la nuit dans le dos, et la terasse de l'hôtel n'en parlons pas le long de la rue sur le trottoir hôtel qui ne mérite en aucun cas ses étoiles rien a voir avec les 3 autres HTOP que nous avons fait auparavant à lloret de mar

Rude unhelpful reception staff. No parking as advertised. Up steep hill. No space in room due to beds crammed in. Balcony just a small ledge at back of hotel with no view.

Chambre et salle de bain sales. Visiblement le personnel n'a pas le temps nécessaire pour faire les chambres. Très très bruyant, ouverture dans la salle de bain donnant sur un autre hôtel en fête... Pas de possibilité de fermer cette ouverture. Pas d'insonorisation, on entend le moindre robinet ouvert. Nous avons dû arrêter la clim car une forte odeur de cigarettes s'en dégageait. Matelas très très vieux, difficile de ne pas sentir les ressorts.

Hôtel vieillot bruyant mais proche de plage

L'hôtel est bien situé mais n'est pas au goût du jour. Intérieur vieillot, une piscine mal située et inutilisable. La terrasse sur le toit pourrais être agréable avec un aménagement plus récent. La nourriture est très basique. Les nuits sont très bruyantes!!

Me parece muy pobre para ser de 3 estrellas .La comida malísima y las habitaciones no están muy limpias y la cama no es muy cómoda lo positivo que tiene aire acondicionado.-A nosotros nos toco una habitación que la tele estaba sin voz y sin mando.
