Great location right in the middle of everything. We had balcony and the view was just gorgeous!! Only downfall was the pool on the roof. It’s covered and a little like a sauna and a bit claustrophobic….but across the street is a beautiful beach, so that makes up for it.

Great location and very helpful staff, decent breakfast and gym, rooftop pool is covered and area felt like sauna. Disliked no ramp for suitcases (although small lift was available), Oceanview room very tight…couch placed right at entrance into room, two twins pushed together left little room for walking round without stubbing toes on desk chair, TV hung a bit in pathway, two chairs provided on balcony yet couldn’t access second chair at all due door only opening on one side and table in the way.

A nice hotel well laid out the food in the restaurant was excellent, The drinks prices even the water with dinner was a bit steep, the only thing missing in the room was tissues something simple. A nice roof top pool could do with heating it was freezing which was a shame it spoilt the pool visit.

This was in a terrific location right near the beach, restaurants, etc. The rooms and space where excellent. It is advertised as having parking, but the parking is blocks away. It is extremely difficult to drive to the hotel, and you have to know the exact route to get through the blocked streets. This would have been helpful to know in advance.

we enjoyed the view and thew hotel itself. The mornings were a bit loud out front with the hustle of business but that was ok. The least enjoyable mention of our stay was not based on the hotel but the Palestinian protestors that gathered. in front of the official building a 100 yds away. We didn't travel to Lloret de mar to deal with that crap. The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

Misrepresentation regarding parking. Their own parking is not on site and quite a walk with heavy bags. There are only 6 public parking spaces on the street, which are NOT free and were already taken. Rooms were dirty with black hairs in bed, towels, shower and shower room floor. Excellent choice for breakfast but the hot food was very cold. Reception staff were excellent but the woman cleaning the bar/restaurant in the morning was extremely rude and ended up shouting at me the top of her voice!
