Location excellent and such a well loved hotel by staff and management. Great having the outdoor pool and sunbathing area during this heatwave. Room a bit small but well maintained and spotlessly clean. We will visit again.

A pleasant stay, with easy access to Llandudno town and beach. The pool area was nice, but it was a pity that the jacuzzi area was connected to the swimming pool and consequently cooler than normal.

Our second visit to The Empire Hotel & Spa and it was as wonderful as ever! We had another lovely warm welcome and another beautiful room. Everything was perfect and made for a lovely relaxing break, swimming in the pool every day (sometimes twice!), enjoying a fabulous breakfast (the porridge is heavenly) and just everything about the place - we'll be back again next year or sooner if we can. Big thank you to all the lovely staff.
