"The unit that I got was upstairs. The sofa bed needs to be updated, you can feel the springs on your back when you lay down, the bedding seamed that it had not been changed. The kitchen only needs more pots and pans. I don't know why we needed to clean, when we paid a fee."

"We chose L'Auberge de Sedona for its reputation for luxury hospitality, but our experience fell far short. Our 1:30 p.m. lunch reservation at Cress couldn't be found, though we were seated. "The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed.
