"Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. "Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"Only a few spots for parking, but nice and close to the train station. Amazing an helpful staff, who new good Englishand were ready to help all the time. Amazing breakfast as well. I would say spend the extra money and get the lake facing view. "
