Staff was rude and unhelpful. Charged us for an extra room for our own kids because “they are older than 10 years old”. That is crazy!!!! Stay way if you have kids. Go somewhere else.

This hotel was one of the most expensive in the are. For 3 guests in a two queen bed room, It had one big and one small towel. One mini soap. One small blanket on each bed. The matresses were of a very poor quality and hard. The staff was nice but overworked. 6:00am to 10:00 am. The water in the pool was dirty. I would not remommend this hotel to anyone

La propiedad estaba en pésimo mantenimiento, el río se desbordó y todo el área de la piscina estaba lleno de agua , las habitaciones huelen a muchísima humedad y son muy coloniales , las instalaciones en general son viejas , tienen pésimo mantenimiento y el servicio es pésimo en recepción , yo coloqué que éramos dos adultos y mi hija de 16 , y me quisieron cobrar $140 más por adicionarla lo cual es el precio de una habitación , lo cual no vale para nada la pena ! Es la peor experiencia que he vivido y jamás regresaría , realmente no hay nada que hacer en ese hotel más que el kayack lo cual lo ofrecen en todo el área y hoteles alrededor , es una aldea ! La comida tampoco es buena y el restaurante huele muy mal a agua de drenaje ya que es junto al Río que cuando llueve y sube la marea , trae todo el sucio a la orilla , pésima pésima impresión

No es problema del hotel, nunca pudimos ir porque no nos dieron la fecha que necesitábamos, ni el hotel ni Expedia se hizo responsable.. pésimo servicio al cliente de Expedia.. pagamos seguro tampoco se hicieron responsables.. RECOMENDAMOS NO HACER USO DEL SERVICIO DE EXPEDIA

Accueil au top , merci à Vera qui 10 mn après notre arrivée en voiture de Tikal vers 15 h nous réservait des places sur une lancha publique pour Livingston (125 Q) pour le lendemain à 9h30 avec « pickup » à l’embarcadère de l’hôtel même. L’hôtel accepte de garder le véhicule durant les nuitées à Livingston (100 Q par jour) et garde même les bagages. L’hôtel est situé dans un parc avec marina hyper sécurisé. Les installations sont un peu surannées mais très fonctionnelles. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lac , salle de bain ok avec eau chaude. Piscine agréable donnant sur le lac. Dîner et petit-déjeuner à la carte servi à table de bonne qualité à un très bon rapport qualité prix. Au total un très bon choix d’hotel d’étape sur la route de Livingston.
