Excellent location for Anfield, accommodation clean, however, problems with keypad, (along with other guests), water in shower extremely hot, no signal for tv (picture kept freezing), so didn’t use.
The location was ideal for visiting the stadium. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Anfield.
Good affordable option. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Good facilities including kitchen and lounge. Great location for Anfield, saved a lot of hassle before and after game.
Was excellent for the location (two blocks from Anfield and right across the street from the Sandon.) However, the house WiFi does not work in unit #6, so that was a bit of a disappointment, although not a disaster.
Pros - extremely close to anfield stadium, immaculately clean throughout in room and all communal areas, responsive host who dealt with payment issues and any queries i had almost immediately.
Cons - not sure if it was just the room i stayed in, room 6, but both bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally cold - to the point i couldnt shower and was putting towels on the radiator to wrap around me to try to get warm. The duvet was lovely and warm but getting out from under it was bitter cold, despite the radiator being on. Internet was non existenet, which was difficult when tv was all apps, so needed internet to function.
The room was really hot, there was a beeping noise coming from outside the room and the bathroom fan was on all night. We didnt get a great nights sleep but it was nice and clean. Also, it was confusing how to gain access to the property. The instructions arent clear.

Basic but comfy
Instructions sent weren't great as the keypad was actually on the door handle and not to the right as given, managed to set off the alarm trying to get in! It also said free parking but when I got there all the street's needed a parking permit, when I phoned I was told I hadn't told them I was driving! Perhaps that should have been in the early instructions? Anyway I found a parking permit on the table in the living room and used that. Room was comfy, if not luxurious, table with the kettle on was very wobbly and probably not great to boil your kettle on. Bathroom was smart although the basin was small and leaning over it to brush my teeth I did bump my head a couple of times on the cabinet above it! But on the plus it was very close to anfield stadium which was the reason for my visit.

The bed was lumpy, check in was done over the ring door bell
One night stop to watch Liverpool at Anfield, absolutely perfect location, can see the ground the minute you step out of the door. Said there was parking but no detail as to where, streets are what looked like resident only and larger carparks commandeered by club on match days. Romm was clean tidy and comfortable
Only a stones throw for the iconic Anfield football ground if your a red and 4 miles from the racecourse which was perfect for the grand national we attended
Clean and good facilities great for a short stay
Great location for the Liverpool football match and neighborhood, walkable pubs and food
The motion sensor light between the bedroom and bath was overly sensitive, would come on even when no one was nearby

The house alarm went off for 15 minutes last night & the sink in our room didn’t work properly.
Okay for a last minute stay but won’t be back.
Everything was perfect, the property is right on the doorstep of Anfield so perfect for the football. Easy check in and comfortable room with en suite toilet and shower. We didn’t use the kitchen area but it’s available for tea and coffee. Useful mini Morrisons directly opposite if you need to pick up anything too. Damian and his wife at hand if you need anything, we were honoured to be their first guests for a short stay and hope to return for the next football season.
A stone throw from Anfield. Walking distance to The Sandon, the pub which started the 2 football clubs. For those driving, you may want to check if you can secure the season parking which is outside the room. If you taking bus from Liverpool city center, take 27 and dropped at Anfield and walk 5 min. Come with satellites TV and met the owner as well. Good stay!
They refused to honor the expedia rate. Wanted me to pay more and when i sent them a screenshot of the booking they said my rooms is not available and put me and my family in a smaller room and i had to pay cash/mpesa to even get in. Rip off. Stay away from them. They haven't even refunded my money so i apid twice. I can see the person online on Whatsapp and when i call they don't pick up calls. They Are Scammers Beware.

Ok if you need something close to the Stadium
Location was the main reason we booked this as we had a concert at the stadium which was just a few minutes walk, this was really the only benefit. Listing said parking, but should note that it is just street parking (not a dedicated spot) so bare this in mind as it is a busy street, the signs did say permit holder parking only but we stayed one night and didn't have an issue. This is a house with 6 rooms, so you will be sharing the kitchen with 6 other rooms, the kitchen was well stocked but no dish soap. The rooms were clean but really cramped for two people sharing, I wouldn't want to stay more than one night, no air-con so the heat was quite uncomfortable at night, room did come with a very small fan but didn't do much, we left windows open but a lot of street noise. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and the pillows were rock hard (there was one slightly softer pillow in the cupboard but no pillowcase) bathroom was nice but could do with better mirror as was hard for two girls to get ready.
