Location was perfect and 2 minutes walk away from Victoria Street car park! Only complaint was the bed, felt like I was just laying on springs

Love staying there rooms clean all you need for comfort but the let down was check out time when a fight broke out bottles being broken and used to hurt that has put me off from staying there again .

A slice of Liverpool!

The room was pleasant and clean. The only issue was the shower or sink had a bad smell which is plumbing related! I informed the staff! The reception people were friendly ! had to leave a deposit on my room which im not usually required to do! Would return to this establishment overall!

Strange place

A bit of a weird one. Definitely not for families. Lots of staff but couldn’t work out sometimes who actually worked there and who was just friends of theirs. People stood outside that weren’t guests constantly smoking, which drifted inside the building. Also bags of rubbish left outside the rooms stinking up the hallway. No hairdryer in the room. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Disappointed.

We checked in and were given a room which had not been made. Went back to reception and were given a different room, which was clean and tidy. Sadly, even without the heater on, the room was stifling hot all night and the noise from neighbouring rooms was terrible. Doors slammed constantly through the night, and on check out when we mentioned the noise, we got a shoulder shrug and nothing more! It put a dampener on what was our 10th anniversary weekend away... We won't be back, unfortunately.

We had a great stay

The room was descent, had no bother staying here, bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful if you needed toilet roll, towels, iron, or information they were brilliant. It was also close to everything in Liverpool centre, We stayed Thursday till Monday and would be back,

Friendly staff

Basic room, could do with a few more utensils for even preparing a breakfast. Shower pressure wasnt great but plenty of hot water. Staff were realy pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some eejit had let off a flare in their room which caused an evacuation late at night. Good location also near train station and close to bars etc.

Super stay

Excellent location. Very well priced with super friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Clean room. Only a few points to note. Would be helpfull if there was a full length mirror in the rooms as only a little bathroom one and maybe a few extra pillows, however im sure if we had asked the staff they would have provided more but we just made do.

Overall the property is good. Initially they couldn’t find my reservation, which was made via Expedia, but after some time it was sorted out. The first room we got, had a broken blind, so we were given another room, which was fine. It’s a good size studio, inside you have everything you need for your short stay, could do with extra pillows and a towel/cloths hanger in the bathroom. In the evening it’s a bit noisy from the street, I assume that’s because it’s in centre next to student accommodation and bars/pubs? I wouldn’t mind to stay there again, if I visit Liverpool in future.

Insurance fee

Insgesamt enttäuschend. Fotos lassen es besser aussehen als es tatsächlich ist. Ventilator ist ständig zu hören und laut. Einfach störend, Sauberkeit ist erschreckend, überall liegen Haare rum. Ob Lift oder Flur sehr dreckig, Badezimmer zu klein, ohne Shampoo & Duschgel. Einzig die Lage ist gut. Alles andere schlecht

The photographs give an impression of a higher level of accommodation. The actual room was tired looking, there was a hole in one of the walls, the desk looked very worn not something that we would want to use. the bed was uncomfortable to sit on, which meant we did not even think we could sleep on it. We were so disappointed that we did not spend the night we had booked and chose to book alternative accommodation.
