The only thing I had an issue was that the bathroom in the lobby was close to the public.And in order for you to use the bathroom, you'd had to go to the casino by the time I got to the casino I got int9 an accident. This is not good, especially for senior citizens.Bathroom, as big as ocean should be open at all times to the public.That stays there. "

"We stayed for a wedding the staff are very friendly, the rooms are huge, the food is incredible. My only complaint would be that my view was terrible I was looking at air conditioning ducts and I felt that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly as both my husband and I felt hot both nights we stayed despite the temp in the room being set to 65."

"We did not spend the night. They had an outdoor band perform in the yard which is in their court yard that is surrounded by their hotel rooms. Despite being on the seventh floor the band was so loud the walls of our room were shaking. It was 11:40pm and we wanted to go to sleep. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it and the band was going to play until 1:00am. So we packed up and drove home in the middle of the night. Bally’s management said the only way I could get my money back was if Expedia reimbursed me. So because of this horrible experience. I will never stay at Ballys again and I will never use Expedia again!!!"
