Delicious restaurant, friendly welcoming and extremely helpful staff and spending the mornings and evenings in the lovely garden oasis was one of the highlights of our trip.
We loved our stay. Beautiful interiors, quiet room. 5- 10 min walk to Anjos metro station. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast catering for gluten free diet . Garden option for dining, excellent housekeeping. Would recommend.
We had a really nice room which was very clean and had a comfortable bed. All of the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was memorable and we would happily stay at the hotel again.
These are beautiful people running a beautiful, boutique hotel. We felt welcomed from the beginning, and loved the meals in the hotel restaurant (including the most lovely complimentary breakfast daily). Barbara and Israel gave us fantastic recommendations on local beaches, which were a highlight of our trip. The area was quiet but had lots of fun things to see and do nearby. The decor and design of the hotel and rooms is stunning. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our Lisbon trip.
We stayed here the night before we flew out and wish we would’ve stayed longer! The staff were very attentive, excellent service, passionate about the history of the property and gave us a full tour before escorting us to our room. Everything was impeccably clean, modern plumbing, great bed, great insulation from the city noises outside. The bartender made me an amazing pot of hot tea with fresh herbs in the evening, since they didn’t have decaffeinated tea at their coffee/tea station- I felt so spoiled! This place is a gem and a unique experience of Lisbon’s history!
From the time we arrived, when we had the warmest of welcomes, we felt completely pampered.
The hosts could not have been more helpful. Their attention to detail has resulted in an elegant, stylish and most comfortable environment.
We would highly recommended it.
