Place was clean, but personally I didn’t like that there were codes to get in and out of all the doors, The breakfast room and living area was very nice, rooms small but clean and comfortable, it is very central to every where.
The hotel is fairly close to the beach and we had a great view of the ocean from our room. On the down side, the room was a little small and we had some problems with the sink. Overall I would say that it's the location that really makes it great.
Very clean and convenient, reminiscent of an old school Bed & Breakfast with some modern updates. There is no one manning the reception. Not an issue for most engagements but limiting for physical transactions.
Pros: excellent location, comfortable bed, lovely shower. Cons: zero availability of staff - desk unmanned at all times and no response to WhatsApp messages, etc. Perfect option if you are looking for a room to stay in without any other service.
Almost perfect, except there was some confusion about whether breakfast was included (The welcome email said it was included, The kind staff member mentioned it was not. Issue was resolved quickly.)
Great location near the beach. Clean. Good service. My only complaint would be not receiving a change of towels and trouble with the key code. The key code issue was resolved and manager was very apologetic. There is an emergency evacuation plan that is in the room and lights up in the dark. If I were to stay again I would bring a sleeping mask.
A nice stay. Room was clean and reasonably well equipped but it was small, booked the deluxe room which on the photos looked like it had a balcony but didn’t. View was nice but nothing special. Check in process was pretty laboured, email didn’t get sent in time so ended up waiting in the rain outside the property for someone to let us in. Room was not cleaned daily which was a shame. Communal areas were great, very stylish and quiet.
I enjoyed my stay here and would have give. 5 stars but for the check in experience where I was not sent the access code in advance (24 hours) of arrival. I had informed them that I will be arriving at 1 pm but when I got there the door was locked and no one a answered my repeated knocks at the door. Finally I had to call using my Canadian phone with high roaming charges since I did not have wifi or local Sim. Other than that the place is modern and clean and the on-site ladies are very helpful. The lounge and kitchen/garden are nice. I will definitely stay here again…
Charming house, well decorated with great amenities. Wine and drinks from the "honesty bar" reasonably priced. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.
This is a small room with modern and a fresh clean-cut minimalist vibe, decent heating/cooling and views onto the Ocean from the room itself which was a premium room. The staff were all so nice especially Patricia. I would definaty stay there again if I needed to be in that area. Thank you
Jimmy

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Lovely little house with a cozy dining/lounge area. The bed is super comfortable and the design details of the rooms and space are unique and well thought out.
Check-in was a bit strange however. There was also an issue with the sceptic system so the entire room smelled quite awful.
The room was nice and cozy with aircondition and a beautiful view.
The service was pretty bah and there was no room cleaning even tho we asked for it and stayed 5 days.
Breakfast was alright but expensive compared to what you got.
Patricia and Staff were very pleasant and eager to be helpful and courteous. I liked the digital
Locks, and general proximity to the Heart of the Portuguese Rivieira. By Canadian standards the Felix room was “close Quarters” but I am used to much more vast Canadian spaces so please keep that in mind. I would book there in a jiffy no problem. Obrigada Jaime
the shower was full of black mold.
The room was sweet nice tiny so you have not much space but the shower was horrible. everything was full of mold. The breakfast is to expensive. you pay 16 € for one sort of sossage and one sort of cheese, coffe and a bit of bread and a orange juice which is more wate than juice. Sorry but the price is not realistic.
Positive: The House is located in a good location. The lounge and outdoor garden were really lovely. The breakfast was nice and Patricia was very kind and helpful.
Negative: I did not receive entrance codes before I arrived. I had to call and it took a few minutes to contact the right person. I would imagine this could be an issue if you didn't have a phone with international calling with you.
I rented a room with a street view. Though the room was very clean with nice towels and soaps, it is otherwise non descript and utilitarian. It was lacking the charm that appears in the rooms pictured on the booking sites. You'd need to pay attention to the details of each room when booking.
Fantastic location, although not on site the staff was attentive and gave great recommendations. Room was just what was needed and the bed was super comfy. Great spot. Thanks for having us!
Très bon séjour.
Seul point à améliorer le petit déjeuner
Les œufs brouillés sont trop cuits.
Il faudrait du fromage blanc, des fruits autre que des kiwis.
