The room was really small perfect for solo travellers and short stays. There was a cockroach in my room which I had to message property management in which they later came and disinfected the room. The kitchen was clean and the common room. The showers were very small and the toilet was inside the shower, however the communal bathrooms were a little bigger and also clean however there was no light switch. To check in was really simple and smooth.

I booked thinking it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a converted flat with many different rooms. Overall, it was a good stay. Pros: -Very close to the Metro Green Line. -Air conditioner and a comfortable bed. -Very clean (mostly), and the host was nice. Cons: -No front desk, and some random people were hanging out on that street. I would not recommend it for a single woman traveler. -Some of the pillows smelled musky.

The location was great. Small space but definitely worked for two people. Check in was super easy and the host let you know all the details before arriving. The A/C was the only thing that wasnā€™t working properly but wasnā€™t something I couldnā€™t take.

A small but comfortable room! Great if you have a short stay in Lisbon. The building is in a very walkable location, not quite in the main city center but not too far away either. The two things that we noticed was that the walls are a little thin and the bathroom was very small, again, fine if it's just for a few days but if you are staying longer you may want something with a little more room.

Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The room was impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The only drawback was the limited parking nearby, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite that, I highly recommend this wonderful property for a fantastic overall experience!

I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall itā€™s a nice place, but more suitable for short stays rather than a full vacation. It provides what you need ā€” nothing more, nothing less. Towels and soap were replaced every three days, which I found a bit too infrequent; every other day would have been much better. Thereā€™s no daily cleaning or bed-making service during the stay, which is something to be aware of. Thereā€™s a shared living room and kitchen available, but no breakfast is offered. On the positive side, the location is excellent ā€” very central and convenient for getting around the city. All in all, itā€™s a good option if youā€™re looking for a simple, centrally located place for a few nights.

The hosts at the property are super friendly and helpful. They are always available when needed via phone call. Even after my departure I had forgotten some important documentation papers in my room and the hosts contacted me directly to make arrangements with me to send it back to me. I really appreciate this service as it proves once again the good heart of the hosts and how trustful they are. I will surely pay a visit again in the futurešŸ„°ā˜ŗļøšŸ‘

Not as expected

Location is nice- close to metro and tram. However, the conditions are not so good, at least for the price you pay. There is no wordrobe, so all the clothes you need to put it either in one small table or in suitcase. Bathroom even smaller. Poor breakfast. Also, it was clean but thereā€™s a weird smell in the common areas, I couldnā€™t explain.

I was very disappointed with the size of room #1. Not at all as described. You open the door and the door almost hits the shower/toilet. Tiny room. If anyone decides to room with this location avoid room #1. However, it is extremely close to the Metro line (intendente) main line and very close to grocery stores (Lidl & Auchan).

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a room that was both clean and tranquil. Its convenient location, in close proximity to the old city and the center, made it an ideal choice for exploring the area. The room was clean and tidy and enough for a single person. The shower is a little small but still good. Walls are a little thin as you can hear the other guests that are near the room. Still a great room and close enough walk to the centre of town.

A perfect hotel

This is a very good hotel, newly renovated and super nice and helpful staff. There is a Whatsapp number that you can text the hotel and ask your questions which is pretty awesome when you are stuck somewhere. The rooms are very fresh and clean. The location is great, very close to the city center and close to couple of nice restaurants if you donā€™t want to go to touristic restaurants. Donā€™t forget to ask for restaurant recommendations from the staff! The breakfast was very very nice too. All in all we are very very happy with our stay and recommend it.

The room was very small, no place for the luggages and the private bathroom was juste a shower in the room. We waited a very long time before we could enter the place. An AI bot told us how to access keys to our rooms because the codes to unlock the door never worked and the staff was unreachable.
