che delusione

Unica nota positiva di queste esperienza è la struttura molto bella nonostante sia poco curata; per il resto una vera e propria delusione. Al momento del pagamento ci è stata richiesta una cifra 3 volte tanto di quella pattuita via mail (792 a coppia per 3 notti anziché 264 a coppia) a livello di igiene di interno assolutamente da rividere; in tre giorni è mancato tutto, dalla pulizia delle camera e del bagno al rifacimento del letto e il cambio asciugamani. Per non parlare del plafone delle camere fatto con dei pannelli coibentati. Per finire d'escrizione della camere non veritiera in quanto nella mail di conferma prenotazione vi erano servizi non trovati in loco.

posto paradisiaco!!!!!

Posto meraviglioso. Siamo stati coccolati dal proprietario, il Dottore, e da Stefano. La struttura era molto bella, con piscina e docce esterne con acqua termale direttamente dal Vulcano. Servizio navetta gratuito. Gentilezza e disponibilità oltre misura. Tutto perfetto. Posto assolutamente adatto per passare meravigliose vacanze in pieno relax. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore e lo consigliamo a tutti! Magnifico!!!!
