This is a lovely hotel not far from the port and the town center, where you’ll find lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also not far from the archeological museum and the old port. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The pool was empty but likely that was because it’s early April - I’m sure it’s amazing in the summer time!

Petit hôtel familial bien situé entre port et vieille ville, restaurants etc.... Le patron est venu nous chercher en voiture à l'arrivée du bateau.Excellent accueil. Disponibilité. Chambre correcte un peu petite, comme la salle d'eau.

A small family run hotel close to the town centre

We really enjoyed the family run hotel. It was close to the town centre and easy to find. Our only gripe is that the pool is small and our children had to get out for a water aerobics class to take place.

un albergo simpatico e tranquillo

E situato a due passi dal porto e dal centro storico di Lipari e a quasi tre Km dalla spiaggia di Canneto. l'albergo e grazioso con un cortile riservato con una piccola piscina, le camere sono accoglienti e pulite ma manca il frigo bar ottimo comunque

OTTIMO!!

Ho passato due bellissimi giorni a Lipari in questo hotel e ci ritornerei volentieri. La posizione è molto buona, in pieno centro, a 5 minuti dal porto turistico. Le camere sono grandi e ben tenute, pulitissime, con cassaforte, spazio per le valige, ecc. La piscina è piccola ma molto carina, con tanto di idromassaggio. La colazione viene servita su un terrazzo al terzo piano ed è abbondante.

Charme e boa localização

La Filadelfia é um hotel bem charmoso, em total harmonia com o ambiente da ilha. O serviço é muito bom e o café da manhã é servido num terraço. A localização também é ótima e permite que tudo seja feito à pé, sem necessidade de táxi.

La Filadelfia : emplacement idéal

Hotel très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le port est également facilement accessible à pieds. Malgré sa position central, l'hotel est très calme et offre une vue panoramique sur l'ile depuis le restaurant (situé sur le toit). La petite piscine de l'hotel est également très agréable après une bonne randonnée sur l'un des différents volcans de l'archipel. Enfin, le personnel est très sympathique et se rend rapidement disponible en cas de besoin particulier.

Albergo di poche pretese. In camera si sentivano tanti rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze,colazione abbondante in una terrazza con vista panoramica,personale cordiale,piscina piccola con pochi lettini per prendere il sole,posizione ottima in centro paese

Hotel La Filadelfia, Lipari: base ideale per vivere intensamente le Eolie.

Il primo argomento a favore di questo hotel è la posizione "strategica": non è sul mare (d'altronde a Lipari città non c'è spiaggia), ma in un'invidiabile zona tranquilla, giusto al margine del centro storico di Lipari. Volendo si dormono sonni tranquilli ma in un'attimo ci si può lanciare nel bel mezzo della vivace vita notturna isolana. Di giorno si è a due passi dai luoghi d'interesse culturale (il famoso museo archeologico, gli scavi) e dall'area dei bei ristoranti e dello shopping; si è vicini ai moli dove attraccano aliscafi e traghetti (molto comodo quando si arriva e per viaggiare verso le altre isole), alla fermata dei bus e al noleggio scooter (indispensabili per girare Lipari) . Oltre a questo, abbiamo trovato La Filadelfia davvero confortevole: nuova costruzione, camere spaziose e molto pulite (3 letti quando ne servivano due), dotate di ogni comodità (aria condizionata e ventilatore efficacemente funzionanti, asciugacapelli, cassaforte, tv, etc.) e curate nel servizio (frequente cambio della biancheria, teli da mare, apertura notturna). I servizi offerti assicurano un piacevole soggiorno (ottima colazione in terrazzo panoramico, tranquilla piscina con idromassaggio), e il personale si è rivelato sempre molto cortese e disponibile a dare indicazioni sulle opportunità turistiche dell'arcipelago. In conclusione, un'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.
