The location was good. The staff seemed friendly but not engaged. They didn’t really seem like that they cared. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so loose it almost fell off. There was a great deal of mold in the shower. The hot tub was not working and the pool was out of service for several hours during the day time due to cleaning and didn’t reopen until 5pm. Prime dinner time. Clean the pool at a better time.

Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC. I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in the room (like, at least 5/6 that I could see). Hotel elevator was also a little dirty. Overall, a very average mid-level hotel stay. Staff was very kind and professional.

Cons : Deadbolt lock on door didn’t work, bathtub drain stopper didn’t work (had to shove a rag into drain to take a bath) Pros : Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast was okay Neutral : Nice that they had a pool (smelled pretty strongly of chlorine) Overall, compared to the other hotels in this specific area i would stay again but if I would choose to drive a little further for better hotel options if I redid my trip.

I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took about 30 minutes because their entire system went down. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning, which made the wait extremely uncomfortable. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom tub was peeling and had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern. The toilet was oddly installed sideways, making it awkward to use. The floors throughout the room were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The air conditioner in the room was also an issue—it made a loud roaring noise every time it turned on, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I reported these problems and was told that a maintenance person was on site, but no one ever came to address any of the issues during my entire stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were all lacking. I would not recommend staying here.
