The staff was very helpful and the hotel was well-maintained. I could walk to nearby sights in the city. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a variety of options.
The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had variety and was very good. The hotel was close to the activities in the city of Limerick.
Great location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pool smaller than expected and would benefit from poolside lounger or chair. We would visit again .
Front desk was wonderful woth suggestions for dining!
Room was great!
Hot tub was closed for the day/evening during our stay which was a bummer because we were looking forward to that unique option during our stay. The pool was still in operation, though.
While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled.
Clean room and very friendly staff. The restaurant had great food and staff. The pool wasn’t available; however, Shane at the club was very friendly and helpful with other options. Overall a fantastic stay!
Only downside of parking was car park closes at 10pm. Proximity to hotel is excellent. Rooms spotless, foyer cosy and welcoming, staff friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel, but basically I paid £346 for a bed for 2nights, hotel done exactly what a hotel is supposed to do but I must thank the night manager for supplying a pizza at 3am, breakfast was a buffet, eat what you want, but quite bland, nothing to write home about.
Bed, duvet and pillows were comfy.
Just way to expensive for 2 nights, off season, in my opinion.
My family of 4 have traveled parts of Europe for the past 3 weeks and this was one of the best nights of sleep we had - comfortable bed, clean rooms and friendly staff!
