Arrived a little antsy but was reassured by the security guards who directed us to valet. The establishment’s esthetics was well done. We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way
