Wonderful room, luxury standard in Peru. I also had an amazing terrace in my room but I think I got lucky by having that! Staff were extremely helpful & everything was very clean. Location is excellent in Milaflores, about 5 mins walk to the tourist office, shops & hundreds of restaurants & the cathedral.

Sure! Here's a quick review for your stay at Qema Lima: --- I had a great stay at Qema Lima! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained—plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The hot shower was excellent, with good water pressure and consistent temperature, which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Lima. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We had a good stay at the Qema Lima. It was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Initially we were given a room that was unclean (bed sheets with stains and hairs in the bathroom) however after mentioning it to the staff (April) they were very accommodating and moved us to another room. The room had a bed with less marks and stains on the sheets and a bathroom that had black mold in. After the first day the majority of this was cleaned without us mentioning it. The staff were always helpful and we always felt safe. The area around was great!

Excellent place to stay for budget minded travelers. Very convenient for Miraflores area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.If money is no object you may be happier at one of the newer hotels at 3 or 4 times the price. This is more a hostel than a hotel.

Check-in was fine even though we were later than intended. The room initially allocated had a mouldy smell to it but we were given another room immediately. The accommodation is in need of general upkeep but the location is central and the staff responsive and friendly.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Its pretty noisy due to traffic, but during the night its quite enough to get some sleep. Comfortable beds, simple shared bathroom, but shower didn't work properly. Booked an extra night, so overall I was satisfied.

We stayed here in July 2023, it was so good then that we returned for 2 weeks Jan 2025. However, it now seems to have new management/owners. The restaurant is now a sushi restaurant after breakfast hours, instead of a bar/restaurant for residents (and non-residents) in the evenings. Breakfast used to be amazing, a very good choice of menu every day, with excellent food. Now it is a buffet, where very little attempt is made by the restaurant staff to maintain the food available, the cutlery, the crockery, and the cleanliness of the tables. Every morning I had to ask for at least 3 items: a spoon/milk/ fork/bowl/glass/fruit/etc. Staff were more concerned with their phones than checking the buffet requirements. I saw just one table being wiped down during my stay. Otherwise, the room was fine, bed comfortable, cleaned whenever requested, water hot. The Reception staff were polite, helpful and I have no complaints there.

Opportunity for improvement

The rooms where not bad. The bathroom has opportunities for improvement. The staff for the most part were attentive and friendly. However, they put me next to a room with ongoing construction. Every morning was loud to say the least. On the 3rd day, I requested a comped breakfast due to the noise. Front desk attendant (women) acknowledged the ongoing construction but stated that because the other tenants didn't complain, that she would NOT offer me a comped breakfast. From there I packed my bags and went to Good Source. It was 4 times a much but damn it was MORE than 4 times as nice. I probably will not go again. To be fair, I wasn't going to ask for a comped breakfast but after that 3rd night in s row of being woken up repeatedly, I thought it was only fair.
