Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one. After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning. On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Pues la atención dejó mucho que desear. el cliente no tiene como comunicarse, no existe en la pagina de HOTELS.COM un numero de ellos. Y no sé si el cobro se hizo con mi tarjeta pero se hizo el pago directo de los pasajeros. Como puedo saberlo ? Pagamos 100 S/. equivalente a 25 usd. Gracias por la respuesta

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. They called a taxi for us to get to the bus station. Very colorful decorations we're nice, too.

Overall its worth staying here for an overnight lay over. I paid $16 U.S. The place is not cute, the bed is firm and the pillows are bricks. Its very close to restaurants. The wifi works properly and is available in your room. Checking in was a breeze. The hostel arranges taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. I felt safe. I would never stay here over consecutive nights! Never!

Inolvidable

las habitaciones no coinciden en nada con las fotos publicadas,es un alojamiento estilo "love-motel" de baja calidad,las paredes estaban salpicadas por fluidos de procedencia inimaginable,la zona en la que se encuentra es muy fea.teniamos el desayuno incluido en la oferta y tuve que mostrarle a la empleada la reserva impresa porque no me creia,cama pequeñita e incómoda,el taxi que contratamos para el pickup al aeropuerto con los asientos rotos.Lo unico positivo fue el trato amable y que el taxi de regreso era mas digno y llego puntual a recogernos para llevarnos ala aeropuerto
