I booked an overnight stay in this hostel. It says that they have a 24 hour frontdesk but It's a complete lie. I arrived in the morning around 9 am to just drop my luggage and go around. Take note I'm not yet checking in because I know that check in starts at 1:00 pm. I just wanted to leave my luggage and go around Lima. When I arrive in the property there was no one in site. I was buzzing and buzzing the alarm and waited for almost two hours but there was no one. People from the nearby coffee shop and the workers from El Condado Hotel help me and tried calling their number but the line is unreachable. Please give yourself a favor and never stay here. And also they said that this place has changed and now It is a long term apartment rental now. Never ever stay here there are still a lot more way better places to stay in Miraflores.

Buena atención, buena ubicación. Pero muy sucia la habitación, el baño da asco.
This hostel was great for the price we paid. We ended up being able to check in early and we also got a 4 person room for just the 2 of us (we paid for a private 2 person room). The accommodation was clean and the reception and service was great. The location was wonderful as well because it was only a few blocks from the main square. I would definitely stay here again.
I had such a great experience at Incalife, the location is great, the staff is very friendly and attentive.
I had a incident in Lima and I had to change the booking dates, unfortunately the terms and conditions didn't allow me to change the dates, however the guys were very understanding and try to help me to look for different option more suitable.
Thank you very much guys, that was awesome!!

Great Location
This hotel is in a great location in Milaflores, close to banks, across from a grocery store, a short walk to the ocean and a spectacular restaurant just around the corner called Saqre - the restaurant is a little pricey but worth every penny for the gastronomy. Only issue was the showers were "on demand" hot water that never really got hot - slightly above skin temp was the best we could achieve. Staff was helpful though and very accommodating.

Tres americanos
Three Americans in a triple room. Very clean. Bathroom adequate. Get a private bath because the shared bath is tiny and impossible to use. Great quality for the price in a triple room in the center of miraflores. No luxuries, very simple with a simple breakfast.
Hotstel requires payment upfront, and for a reason..! Although the building itself is not that bad and the location is fine, but the staff is just a joke. They have all the rules posted on the walls- not to smoke, to keep the place tidy, keep quitet after 11pm.. the guests respect that, BUT NOT THE STAFF. The staff has taken over the TV/common room and literally lives there. A couple that works there seems to be homeless and sleeps on the sofas in the tv room (forget about having the tv to yourself), listen to it on full volume at 2 a.m., ignores requests to keep it down, smokes and constantly produces piles of rubbish in common room and the kitchen. You will not get any sleep if you stay in the room next to them. Also they never clean, everything is covered in a thick layer of dirt, and the toilet is just a serios biohazard. I have never seen anything like this and I've seen a lot. Oh, and one more thing - I booked them online I have been charged much more than the standard price (they have the picelist on the wall in the reception that showed I was paying a price of 3 day stay, though I booked only 2 days). NOT RECOMMENDED

SLOW internet
The location of the hostal is A+, however, the internet speed is veeeeery slow like dial-up speed. I took the biggest room which faces the street. Well, the windows are not sound proof. I could hear people talking at the street. The toilet smells strong. It has a strong sewer smell. The staff was VERY friendly. If they fix these items, this hostal could be awesome.

Eau a peine tiede, rustique
I spent 3 nights here before heading to Cusco. Perfect location, right next to a gourmet supermarket where I bought groceries and water very cheap. Upmarket Bars and restaurants are within waking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful with information on the area. The mattresses could do with an upgrade though! Aside from that I would definitely stay here again.
